Great deals on great cars, and a great service on site at pickup. Did find it hard to get hold of them and get them to respond to emails though

This is my 4th vehicle from Evogo, so I clearly like the plan of being able to 'rent' my vehicle and change it quite often. I work in the automotive industry with many vehicle Brands so it allows me to experience a variety of vehicles from these manufacturers. The downside is that each time I change, the prices have gone up - not even in conjunction with manufacturers price increase - there seems no logical reason, notification or explanation for this which is irritating. There is also no consistency in the price changes for higher mileage bands - some vehicles are a £20 or £30 increase - others £100! Monthly rentals are not cheap and could absorb a portion, if not all, of the admin charges, levied for passing on a fine or congestion charge - especially as we have no alternative than those fines coming to you directly? Staff are always polite and friendly but given that your vehicles are often hired to professionals, I feel that the overall service could be improved to create a memorable experience for every customer that would be talked about positively.

Unfortunately prices increase are taking place across the whole vehicle industry - not only are we having to adjust to new higher road tax charges, but the government have made huge changes in promoting the use of Diesel vehicles and in turn this has eroded residual values and manufacturers are pushing more in to hybrid vehicles, meaning that prices do vary with these changes. We will take your comments on board regarding the overall service and charges which we will use to drive improvements. We hope you are loving your current car! Thanks, EVOGO

Dominic was very helpful and my first swap was complete in 45 minutes. The car I returned was in good condition but none the less I didn’t know what to expect on my first exchange. No charge for any wear, run over the details of the new car review of contract and off I drive. Easy. Already recommended to 3 friends on experience of having first car and they’re all happy drivers.

Efficient turnaround and very friendly staff. Mileage incorrect on agreement but soon rectified. Had to pay £72 for scratch on wheel which I hadn't seen but that is ok as part of the deal. Am happy with the new car.

Hayley Stansbury was great when helping me with my previous car. Some paintwork was damaged while cleaning it which I was really worried about potentially having to pay for. After speaking to Hayley, her reassurance made me feel much better about the situation. My only negative feeback would be that some members of the team don’t put much effort into email communication. As I work in a customer service focused company, I’d like to see a little more of that! Many thanks, Dan

My experience with evogo is generally very good. The only criticism I would make is that I've been told frequently when calling evogo that , " ..... is with a customer, ...... will call you back." I realise that the business is very busy, but I have rarely been called back the same day. I've just picked up a car today and I'm very pleased with it except that when I got back I had to vacuum the car as it had a lot of 'bits' (of leaves I think) throughout the interior and there were dirty marks on the inner sills particularly in the rear of the car. It all cleaned quite easily so no real problem.

Handover of new car was very good although the petrol tank was showing zero when driving away. At least a gallon of petrol would have been appropriate. John G was the salesperson I dealt with and found him both helpful and knowledgeable. All the necessary paper work was duly presented and signed and the transfer of vehicles went really well. John went round the new vehicle with me to make sure everything was in order. I did a direct swap of Q3 for Q3 which was fine, my only concern would be your availability of another make e.g: Mercedes C class or VW R line. Finally the Q3 I did return was presented in pristine condition and it would have been nice for someone to have made an appropriate comment.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. Weve had cars for over 2 years now and in the main the service is good, but recently prices have gone up quite alarmingly and the focus has seemed to shift from getting the car you want to the car you would prefer us to have already on site

Generally the service was quick, Informative. We got the car we desired and our sales representative Dean Simmons gave clarity information that allowed us to be fully informed. Now driving the car we requested and enjoying the experience. Due to this positive experience I would recommend the company to others. Keep up the Good work.
