We were assured by Jay in the sales team that they would flash print our mugs. So the orange of our logo would stand off the black mugs. The mugs arrived with the orange printed directly onto the black, meaning they looked brown - exactly not what we agreed. EB sent a courier to collect the goods. I called for Jay last week, he did not contact me back, but did contact my colleague back after they chased. I called today, told as usual that Jay is not available. I said I would wait, the lady on the other end said ok, bye and hung up. Called again, trying to resolve the issue now. There should not be so many issues with simply getting mugs printed as agreed. Case now passed onto manager - Jake.
