“Very small part came in a rather large envelope. Inappropriate to size of part received. In this current climate, less and smaller packaging would have been appropriate. No problems with the part itself. Thank you”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. The reason we place a tiny part in a large package is because of the number of small packages that have 'gone missing'. I guess you can only please some of the people some of the time :)

“I have had confirmation of my Pug 205 Bearing order to be air posted to New Zealand, but have not heard yet regarding the Tracking number for the small parcel. To be able to track & trace I DO NEED the Tracking Number. Note I do expect the delivery to N.Z. will take about 10 days, as that is typical from UK”

Hi Don, My apologies. The items were available on your initial enquiry. But on ordering appear to have gone onto back order. Unfortunately I was out of the country at the time and this fact slipped through my net. It was sheer luck that I spotted your review as this is NOT a regularly monitored method of enquiry. I have located an alternative supplier and will be posting off your bearing today. However Posted orders are not trackable once they leave the UK. Trackable post is more expensive than standard TNT. Again, my apologies for the delay, hopefully this will be with you very soon. Kind regards Mick

“Communication from the Antipodes with this supplier was excellent. Fortunately, there are still companies which are willing to provide international service. Regrettably, the parts range is limited and costs are almost double those of prominent UK suppliers who do not ship overseas. Still grateful for this service in lieu of the pathetic (non-existent?) Australian suppliers.”

“Good and prompt service! Right parts, on time. The only complaint is the price of delivery. When UK left EU we in Finland pay VAT (24%) not only for the goods but also transport (TNT) costs. Which in my case exceeded the cost of the parts. So maybe smaller and less costing purchases could be sent just by Mail?”
