“Hi…the product you sold me was absolutely fine and a good price…BUT your courier, FexEx really let you down. I paid for a quick turnaround and I know you got the package to them on time, but they then failed to deliver that to me on time. I missed a MOT slot because of that and then struggled to get another in a timely manner. It’s a shame to leave a negative review and you did your bit, but their performance is linked to you and the overall experience.”

Dear Mr Clark. I think you are vilifying the wrong company. Your item was purchased at 7.42pm on the 27th and packed for dispatch the following morning. Royal mail have your signature signed on the 29th. Stock was available. There has never been a back order. Maybe you could revise your review? Kind regards, Mick.

A little unfair. WE do not dictate shipping prices. BUT we do ship as close to COST as we can without losing money. The fact that you live on New Caledonia, an island 2000 miles off the Australian coast in the South Pacific is not really our fault.

Hi Alan B. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your parcel arrived late, We have had big notices all over the site warning of delays as at this time of year the carriers are inundated as you can probably imagine. Christmas has become a mail order fest. We don't actually deliver the goods ourselves but I guess we are responsible. Because of that we make it quite clear in our terms and conditions (which of course you read) that delivery times are not guaranteed. Ever. Under normal circumstances a next day delivery arrives the next day and all is well. But, as a motorist I am sure you are aware, traffic can be a little unpredictable. Sadly it doesn't take a great deal to lock up British roads. One inconsiderate child gets itself trapped under a lorry and the spark plugs arrive a day late. Totally unacceptable, yes, but sometimes unavoidable. This is why our T&C's are laid out so simply.
