“Hi to both of you. Thanks so much for your immediate dispatch of the new reservoir which is being fitted as I write. I was quite surprised it was delivered to my door in 14 days as I wasn't confident it would arrive within a few weeks. The delivery route was long-winded as you can imagine but it made steady progress all the way. Apart from that, sourcing parts for Fiat Ducatos here is almost impossible, especially for my older 2007 model, so I'm more than happy with your service and you will be my priority provider for anything else I might need in future. I will also be spreading your name to our Fiat Ducato Owners Facebook page.”
