Thank you Tony. We does our best. Historically TNT have been both efficient and cost effective. Virtually bullet-proof for many years. We did start out using Fedex a number of years ago, but we had to drop them. What a shower. So when they announced the merger our hearts collectively dropped. It has taken a good couple of years for the crapness to invade the system like some sort of corporate cancer, but it is slowly happening, and we are very sad about this. We hope things will improve with time. Thanks again Tony

Dear Rod. Firstly, I must apologise for not being able to supply you with a part for your car. Unfortunately, I was called away due to a family crisis which involves the care of my 97-year-old mother, whilst my only other relative who was my mother's carer is -as I type this- on life support. I do realise that it is vitally important that you don't have to catch a bus or walk, and to that end, I am now working from 200 miles away. Desperately trying to catch up on a huge backlog. Again I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience I caused you and hope you managed to find the car part you needed elsewhere. Best regards Michael

“Your 'stars' didnae work. Pleased I located a company with Citroen spare parts. In Australia it is hard to find spares now for this model. I am a man (old) who likes to hang on to a car which gives good service: my 2003 Citroen does so. I do not care about exterior looks. What matters is under the bonnet. The Citroen will probably be my last car. I simply wanted it to keep going for another couple of years before I am too old to drive. Mind you, I had a Datson Bluebird for a while longer still. Thank you Robert. The stars worked a wee charm. Glad to be of help. It is getting harder every day to keep these old girls on the road. It appears that Citroen, Peugeot & Renault at least are discontinuing parts for cars 10 years and older once stocks have been exhausted.
