“I purchased a stabil Bariatric couch from Eureka and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. Beth’s handling of the initial contact, information enquiries and eventual sale was first class , logistics team kept me informed as to delivery and the delivery team were also brilliant, a larger and heavy couch into an upstairs room with some access problems didn’t phase them at all , took their time and were very patient to ensure there was no damage to either the couch or my property. Couch set up , operating control displayed and all packaging removed , everything left neat and tidy . Very pleasant and respectful manner. Chloe was also very helpful last week when I received an e mail regarding a second delivery I hadn’t ordered, mix up cleared up right away with one phone call . All together a very pleasant experience and a well organised company, along with an excellent high quality product. Thank you team Eureka, will certainly use you again and definitely recommend. 5 Star service A McDonald”

“I received very poor service from this company and I won't be using them again. I ordered an item that was in stock on 16.11.21 but it wasn't delivered until 11.01.22. I emailed on 8.12.21 asking what was the delay and was told it was in fact out of stock and I could wait or have a refund. I replied saying I wanted to make a complaint and this was ignored until 7.01.22.”
