“Ordered Ice store - item shown not sent, alternative sent. Instant Cold pack useless. Total order useless.”

“Ordered a post op shoe size 5 to 7. Woman's medium. It would barely fit a size 5 so definitely not large enough for me being a 7. My toes hung right off the end of it. . With the cost of postage being more than the shoe it wasn't worth sending it back. The company expected me to pay to return it and then pay again for another one to be posted out. Not impressed at all . The shoe was not fit for purpose and misrepresented.”

“Asked for the delivery from your service provider to be left in a safe space. Boxes were sitting at the front step in view. Paying £100's of pounds for products that could then be stolen. Not particularly impressed.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies. It appears the courier has delivered to a neighbour so we are busy locating this with them.

“I received very poor service from this company and I won't be using them again. I ordered an item that was in stock on 16.11.21 but it wasn't delivered until 11.01.22. I emailed on 8.12.21 asking what was the delay and was told it was in fact out of stock and I could wait or have a refund. I replied saying I wanted to make a complaint and this was ignored until 7.01.22.”
