“We ordered online and paid in full. We then received an email informing us they could not for fill the order but, would deliver whatever they can (not specified). This has now not arrived in the time line promised. So we have no tape left, and no idea when it will arrive, yet you have our money.”

Thank you for your review and apologies that you are not satisfied. It appears the goods have been delayed due to some issue with the delivery courier. One of our customer care team will be in touch to offer a solution on this today.

“I purchased stabil saddle stool. I hoped it would have had the same leather or fake leather colour as my stabil treatment couch so that the colour matched perfectly in the room as to me it makes sense that if it’s a collection then the materials should match perfectly. The base of the 5 legs had scratches which meant I had to clean them off before use unsure if this is a returned product or not.”

“It is disappointing that the dispenser packs of latex free bands are only available at 125cm as opposed to the 150cm ones which are not latex-free. It is also disappointing that there is no option of getting the 15 patient pack set in latex free.”
