I received very poor service from this company and I won't be using them again. I ordered an item that was in stock on 16.11.21 but it wasn't delivered until 11.01.22. I emailed on 8.12.21 asking what was the delay and was told it was in fact out of stock and I could wait or have a refund. I replied saying I wanted to make a complaint and this was ignored until 7.01.22.
