“Eureka Physiocare staff are always so lovely and helpful. Any time we've had issues (which isn't often!) they are amazing, super knowledgeable and ready to help. Hannah Watts is fantastic, and also had help from Tilly Stevenson, and everyone else is also fab. Any issues with spoiled products or items that weren't to standard, they replaced without fee and picked up the problem product within a couple of days, or if we couldn't find a delivery they were able to show a photo of where it was left and at what time so we could track it down. But on the whole their products are great and we use them all the time for all of our physio consumables!”

“Fast, Friendly Service. The only criticism I would have is that a normal non-trade customer cannot create an account to save favourites/recent purchases, and saving billing info instead of entering it every time.”

“This is got to be one of the best sellers out there. I ordered my items on a Monday morning and I received them on the next day(Tuesday). I had an email of the courier saying they have my goods but this was on Monday afternoon and I couldn’t think of what else I ordered being I only ordered the one item which was my cream . So I was confused has to why the courier said they now have my item. I never thought my item ordered on morning was now on its way to me . This is one of the fastest orders and delivery I have ever had . So THANK YOU eureka fo a fantastic 1st class service and a fast delivery that even Lewis Hamilton would have been proud of.”

“Having been provided with a wrist splint by the NHS I wanted a second one to wear when my splint was being washed. Found Eureka supplied the same splint so bought just one for myself. Postage was quite expensive (I know they are geared up to trade customers) but it arrived quickly and is perfect. Tkank you”
