“Just to be clear, previously had good experience with EP. This time however, products didn't arrive, called EP, told to wait a few more days( now two weeks-ish) , still no products. Called again more product sent apparently, didn't arrive. Now fed up so rang to ask for refund- had to do that twice too. Appreciate things go awry- feel EP could have been more proactive in following up delivery ( no 2 ) and making sure refund was prompt.”

“An excellent company to deal with. Helpful staff, good prices, superfast delivery times. Only once had an issue with items that were damaged in transit, everything was replaced by the next day and at no cost! Always my first place to check and compare before ordering.”
