Just to be clear, previously had good experience with EP.
This time however, products didn't arrive, called EP, told to wait a few more days( now two weeks-ish) , still no products. Called again more product sent apparently, didn't arrive. Now fed up so rang to ask for refund- had to do that twice too.
Appreciate things go awry- feel EP could have been more proactive in following up delivery ( no 2 ) and making sure refund was prompt.
