“Customer Service (particularly Beth and Hannah) are always super responsive and provide almost instant answers and updates to everything. Products are sometimes out of stock, but you are always aware of this at point of order, and get feedback as to estimated delivery dates. Have always been happy with both service and products with Eureka, and get everything (as far as possible) from them for all our clinics.”
