Hi there Both pendants and chains were Quality Control checked prior to leaving our Head Office. We are really sorry to see that these have both managed to break within 7 days which is an extremely rare occurence. We have nevertheless refunded your account. Team Eternity

“Just received my 55mm gold hoops, beautiful quality, delivered within 3 days of order even while in postal strike. Had a query initially, called the number and surprised a real person answered, dealt promptly with my query, very help man, sorted everything, hoping now my daughter in law will love her birthday gift as much as I do.
