“Ordered 9ct butterfly earrings for my daughter. Paid for next day delivery arrived 3 days later. Earrings were nice but the earring was way too short. Daughter cant even wear them.”

“The picture of the ring was quite deceptive and the actual product looks so much smaller, so much so that the stones are barely recognisable in relation to the picture advertised. Must admit I am slightly disappointed.”

“No problem with Eternity jewellers all very good and would use again. The only issue I had was the packaging was all ripped and open,maybe down to Royal Mail maybe.”

“I recived a email saying my order was dispatched 10 days ago and it still hasnt arrived. When I contacted company on Saturday to get tracking number they gave me it and said it was in transit but when I went onto Royal mail track and trace there was no information available so unless they have a crystal ball I don't know how they knew it was in transit.”

Hi Michelle I see from the Royal Mail website that your earrings arrived and were signed for this morning . As we stated on Saturday Royal Mail parcels are sometimes running a little late due to COVID-19 as well as current lockdown restrictions. We know the parcel left on 16th November (uplifted by Royal Mail) and we are also really disappointed that it took longer than normal but this unfortunately is outwith our control.
