“Used for my stag night and was really impressed by the overall service. Each individual can log in and pay individually by credit/debit card which means no money laid out up front and chasing people to pay. Day and night ran like clockwork, great hotel booked (Radisson Blu) and Mercedes transfer to and from golf. All for less than £100. Would use again certainly.”

“Had my stag do booked with these guys. Saw Liverpool play with vip tickets and at pitch side. The help from Matt organising this was top level. Would totally recommend for anyone who looks to do something like this. They were in constant communication and were happy to make any changes I needed. 10/10”

“All 19 ladies had a lovely time doing its a knockout it's really fun but at the same time it looks easy but it's actually alot harder than it looks we stayed in the britania study hotel lovely room clean and the staff was very nice would definitely stay here again shops bars and beach in walking distance 19 very happy customers thankyou to Matt at essential adventure for sorting its all out”

“There were thirty of us participating in the sports day for a hen do, mixed ages and abilities. We had an amazing time and it was really well run and a lot of fun. There was something for everyone and we had a great laugh. Well done to James for keeping us in check, there were a lot of competitive women there! I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a hen do. Thank you!”

“Matt and Kerri from Essential adventure were really helpful from start to finish, listened to what we needed and did everything to make it happen just the way we wanted it! The Stag, Brian Streeter was extremely impressed with how everything came together for him and the rest of the group were blown away! https://youtu.be/Az943sD7t4Q I got all the credit on the day but it was down to Essential adventure, they did all the hard work so I didn't have to! “When organising my friend's stag I wanted to find something different and that would be memorable. Essential Adventure made the process of planning the stag and getting everyone to pay their deposits and balances super simple. I could regularly log in so I knew who needed chasing up and could see when everyone had paid. I also didn't have to handle any of the money myself. Brilliant! As for the stag do itself we couldn't have asked for better. We went for a survival weekend on the river Dart and it was expertly guided, full of fun and was enjoyed by everyone who came along. What a great success and made way simpler and very reasonably priced thanks to essential adventure! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“Just had a brilliant stag weekend in York which was booked through Matt Trenchard at Essential Adventure. Trying to organise attendees was like herding cats, however the job was made so simple with Matt's help. Just told him the dates, how many people, what activities and the transport needed and Matt organised the lot. The price was fantastic and paying was so easy, as everyone paid directly to essential adventure. All round excellent service and would certainly recommend and use again for a future event.”

“Great friendly service, very helpful. Good prices, we stayed in Cardiff city centre and done 2 activities. The events we done (gorge scrambling & grand prix - go karting) it was very much enjoyed by all and very well organised. There were no problems with changing names on the bookings (no fee's like a lot of other companies) and a very relaxed service towards the booking helped out a lot. The hotel was perfect for a stag do central to everything and even though there was no parking at the travelodge hotel we stayed at it was organised free of charge at for the cars to be parked securley at another hotel. I would definately use this company again and would recomend it to anyone. Everyone had an amazing weekend with no hickups”

“Stag was brilliant, Matt was an excellent organiser and dealt with 100's of my queries and changing demands...we did not expect our accommodation at warm farm house to be outstanding...had the whole cottage to ourselves. Caving highly recommended along with quad biking and the go-karting prob the best track we raced on...Essential adventures highly recommended!!!”

“Essential Adventure arranged our stag do. We wanted a survival type weekend and that's exactly what we got. I was able to contact Matt easily at practically anytime with any inquiries and he was very helpful in answering my questions. The payment set up was the really straightforward bit which was very helpful. Everything was laid out and personalised so that each individual knew what they needed to pay. They provided a kit list for the weekend and offered to arrange any additions eg extra nights accommodation or club entry if we wanted it. The week's itself was brilliant. Our guide/instructor Andy was a great guy who looked after us all weekend and in spite of it being the beginning of March and pretty cold, we stayed warm and dry. Learned how to pitch our camp, light campfires, build shelters, prepare our food, did some shooting, knife throwing, and the inevitable spoon making which turned out to be quite competitive. Loved it. The guys had a great time and it will be long remembered. Very grateful to Essential Adventure for organising it and taking the stress out of it for me as the best man. Would definitely book with them again.”

“Very good website and easy to use, the people on the phone were helpful, informative and offered suggestion or options when I had overlooked or not thought about something, showing they cared about the events being booked rather than are there just to sell sell sell. We will happily use them again so now we just need another stag do to plan :-)”

“I was over the moon with both the service and my time away. Although I had to change the dates that I arranged this was never a problem they let me re arrange for a date that was best for myself which I was over the moon with. Also we were in a beautiful hotel that had lovely staff and we had a great time doing the activities we chose. I'm so happy I booked with Essential Adventures couldn't fault them one bit and thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be booking again through Essential Adventures. Emma :)”
