“Just returned from a fantastic stag weekend, all thanks to Essential Adventure! From start to finish, Matt was incredibly supportive—always available to answer questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. The activities were brilliantly organised, and the hotel was spot on. If you're planning a special occasion and want it to be stress-free and memorable, I can't recommend Essential Adventure highly enough.”

“Just had a fun murder mystery weekend with yourselves which I thoroughly recommend. Very silly , so a really good laugh . No need to concentrate on the plot as very lighthearted. We all dressed up , which was great fun and gave us all a laugh. Would have been nice to know earlier , who we were due to “play” to give more time to sort a costume out . Dont really know why it had to be such short notice .”

“What a fantastic night! Thank you to Matt, we had some last minute changes our end which Matt managed effortlessly and ensured all went smoothly. The actors were great and the murder mystery so fun - dressing up the theme and the Reading Hilton was a fantastic venue. The food was lovely the breakfast had great variety and again very tasty. Some of us used the pool, sauna and steam room all spotless as were the rooms. Definitely recommend and will use again for other events Thank you for your efforts to ensure a special night was so memorable”

“Great weekend organized by Matt, every event went smoothly, the only issue we had was getting into the hotel which only took one phone call to matt, The tickets for the comedy club came through just after talking to Matt on the same phone call. Great weekend enjoyed by everyone, thank you.”

“Boating on Oxford Canals Stag Weekend - Thanks so much! Thank you for helping us organise such a brilliant weekend. It was great fun and worked perfectly for what we were after! The stag loved it and didn't want to get off the boat at the end of the weekend. Oxfordshire Narrowboats were very easy to work with, and it was nice to have the added bonus of bedding provided for us thanks to booking through you given that single-sex parties don't usually get it. As discussed briefly, we went south and had the first night at Kirtlington Quarry where we had a bbq and played some sports, then the second day/night we went closer to Oxford, stopped at a waterside pub for lunch, moored up, and had the evening in the city before cruising back on Sunday morning. It was nice just being on the boat though and hanging out there, and I think everyone actually enjoyed those times best. Thank you very much again from all the party and me for organising!”

“I used essential adventure to plan my sisters Hen weekend, We did an amazing murder mystery evening with a 3 course meal and everyone had such a lovely night! Matt also organised which hotel we were staying at and made it easy to receive everyone’s payments! This was all arranged and planned within a few months which was also perfect! overall a good experience and would use essential adventure again. Thank you for the experience!”

“I planned a stag do with Matt at Essential Adventure who had lots of ideas to create a great stag do and even though we had a couple of last minute cancellations Matt managed to pull off a great event with everyone having a blast. A big thank you to Matt and his team as nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend anyone trying to organise an event to give Matt a call.”

“I was planning my sister's Hen do and spoke to Matt at Essential, talked me through everything. Very helpful! We ended up doing the 'Inflatable Knockout' games and honestly, we had the BEST time! I haven't laughed that much in ages! it was just simply brilliant and my sister had a brilliant Hen do and that's the main thing! I would honestly recommend doing this even for a works do. you would have an absolutely blast! The staff at the event were great too, talked through each game and showed everyone what they had to do. I would 100% do this again! :) Highly recommend this company!”

“Planned a stag do with Matt at Essential, very thorough and easy to communicate with. Lots of ideas and great contacts to create a fantastic weekend for the Stag and group. Even with the last minute cancellation from the hotel accommodation, Matt got down to business and sorted us something very similar and very close to where we wanted to be. Great company, would highly recommend!”

“We all had a fantastic time for my Hen Do in Birmingham!! The cocktail class was excellent and compliments to Tim who ran the session. We also booked a boat trip which was great, once had got on the boat. The hotel was in a great location near to Brindley Place. We went round the bars there after the boat trip. I have never been out in Birmingham and would definitely visit again for a night out.”

“Not knowing Essential Adventure we were cautious about what they could offer. However after a few weeks of getting ideas and quotes for a stag weekend we became confident they would do a great job - and that is what they did. Communication was prompt and relevant with all the information supplied in good time.”

“The team at Essential Adventure were so thorough and took care of every detail. They were professional, responsive and made the whole process so easy by taking away the sting of managing all the moving parts. We stayed over in York with a murder mystery event and it was just a laugh from start toe end. Every detail was taken care of and we couldn’t have asked for more. I would strongly recommend using A for any group/event bookings and will definitely use for the next event we need to plan.”

“Matt from Essential Adventure arranged our Stag Day activities: off-road Karting & paintball. The procedure was smooth and simple with sufficient communication and info during the process. The two activities were great fun and well organised - the guys had a great day 👏.”
