“From our first contact with eShores, we feel that we were valued as a customer and received excellent customer service. Our advisor Matt was very informative and knowledgeable. He understood what our needs were. The price given was very competitive with other companies; however, the personal touch provided by Matt was second to none. The trip was fantastic and made all the better by our transfers/transport being on time with lots of communication from the providers. The hotels were 'spot on', in the right location and offered us the right services. We would have no hesitation in recommending eShores and especially Matt and will certainly be using them again in the future.”

“We have only just booked the holiday , so can review it properly after we have been . We have delt with Chris Eaves throughout our booking . What a patient and helpful guy, definitely does not use the hard sell , get the impression he wants you to be happy and does everything to help you make well informed decisions.”

“We booked a holiday to Costa Rica late last year. Hannah was our contact at Eshores. We had never used the company before. All I can say is we had 3xcellent service before during and after our holiday. Nothing wa too much trouble and we received quick and effeciently replies to all our enquiries. All parts of our holiday were great! We have now booked our next holiday with E shores and have received good advice and value for money. Here's to the next holiday.”

“This will be our third trip organised by Matt at e-shores.We have always found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and patient ( when we keep asking him to change/ twèek the holiday as we decide what to do).The accomodation we have gone to has always been a good standard. We feel we can travel with peace of mind that everything has been arranged for us and wont hesitate to use them again”

“Why have I only just found eShores fantastic service great advice will most definitely be using them again from start to finish they provided everything I needed to complete a fantastic voyage were even there when one of my flights was cancelled with their expert advice”

“Nick at eShores planned everything for my solo island hopping trip to Greece perfectly. He clearly listened to all of my specific requirements and chose hotels/ resorts that really suited what I was looking for. Will definitely use again. Thank you.”

“We have asked Hannah to organise our trip to Iceland as she did such an amazing job of Costa Rica last year. As always she has been really responsive, taken time (at a very busy period) to understand our needs and given us helpful suggestions to make sure we get the most out of a short break. Communication with Hannah is always swift and effective - we will use e-shores again in the future I am sure!”

“1st time using eShores. Saw holiday ideas on the website, so my wife & I decided to call regarding a particular holiday. We spoke to Chris & gave him an idea of what we were looking for. Chris got back to us promptly with options of our request. After a couple of tweaks we were happy & booked. It was so easy! The stress taken out of it. Chris was very knowledgeable regarding areas of Turkey, hotels & flights. Looking forward to our up coming holiday & will certainly be calling eShores again.”
