“Second time we have used eShores to plan a holiday, and this time it was for 2 weeks in Japan. Sure, we could have organised it ourselves, but it was so much easier to give eShores an outline of where we wanted to go, type of hotels and cost, and let them do the hard work. They were responsive and helpful and we will definitely use them again.”

“I’ve used eShores before. This time we have just booked for Thailand at end of January. Matt put together the perfect itinerary based on our needs and budget for our 17 night trip to include Bangkok, Chaing Mai and a cruise island hopping for a week in Phuket. Looking forward to going.”

“Whilst we have not yet been our holiday, just wanted to say how impressed we were with the whole booking process through Eshores and especially Kelly who organised our trip. Efficient, friendly and very organised. She listened to what we wanted, clearly spent a lot of time researching flights, accommodation etc and delivered a quality service, resulting in a holiday tailored to exactly what we wanted. “My wife and I are planing to visit Singapore Bali and Kuala Lumpur June 2025. Nick Chadwick is current working with us putting together a very demanding itinerary. Our initial contact with Nick was very professional and still with regards to constant communication it has made us feel very comfortable safe and in superb hands. He has shown great knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure all our needs are covered. Even now he has proven to be prompt in his reply’s to emails and phone calls. “We have used eShores for 3 holidays now and have had a great experience each time. For our latest holiday we chose to travel to Barcelona, Madrid and Taormina, Sicily. We gave Emma the details of what we wanted and she planned it all for us. Emma planned everything including taxi transfers and train travel between Barcelona and Madrid. Everything ran smoothly and to plan. The hotels Emma arranged for us were very good and in great locations. We will definitely be returning to eShores to book our next holiday and would definitely recommend them.”

“Kadie is the most amazing of travel consultants. Always there for us, always going that extra mile to make things easier. Understanding of our needs and our resources. Such a comfort to have a familiar and pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. We so appreciate the consistency of service and not being passed from person to person with every enquiry. That consistency is so important as years advance and long may it contiue, or at least whilst we are still able to travel!”

“Michelle provides excellent service and very professional customer support at all times and even changes any part of my requirements needed without any problems when required by myself.She is a very pleasant professional enjoyable knowledgeable young lady to delslbwith. She has over the years been helpful, courteous and more than anything very professional. There have been many holidays that she has provided information on that has changed our experiences to my holiday which has made more enjoyable and ones we have gained a lot more knowledge, experiences and enjoyable times. “We booked a Greek Island hopping trip taking in Rhodes, Symi & Kos. From the very beginning Emma listened to what we liked and came back super quick with suggestions. When we changed our minds on one hotel it was not a problem, Emma was always friendly, polite and came with great suggestions, everything went smoothly, transfers, pick ups and ferry’s all on time. Great service, super easy and no hidden costs, will definitely be booking again. 😊”

“I have used Eshores for many holidays and I always speak with Dave Felton( senior travel advisor). I have always found Dave to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is friendly and approachable and every tour/ holiday that Dave has organised for me has always been to a high standard, with first class accommodation and tour guides. I have recommended eShores to many of my friends and family”
