“We have booked two big holidays this year for a group of 8 and a group of 10, Rachel has coordinated our holidays with the utmost excellence, during the consultation we changed countires hotels and even flights but it did not phase Rachel one bit. Exceeds customer expectations by helping advising and supporting throughout the holiday. We are off to Thailand and Dubai in August and then followed by India and Thailand in November, I have rang emailed Rachel many times during the booking and I got very prompt responses even on her days off. Rachel is a credit to EShores and EShores is setting standards regarding customer focus.”

“I can’t praise Lynette at EShores enough. She has organised my trips perfectly to the point that I wouldn’t use anyone else. She listens to what I want or to the problem I have and comes up with a solution. Nothing is too much trouble. Try them out yourselves and I bet you become a repeater too!”

“At short notice, I needed a quote to travel through the USA (July the 20th) I emailed eShores with an idea of what I wanted to do, within a short period of time I had a response from Matthew, After several amendments to my holiday which wasn't any trouble to Matthew, Holiday all booked, now looking forward to travelling through the USA Have to say, the service I had through eShores was fantastic, well done Matthew for working through the changes,”

“Dealt with Adam who was great, I went back and forth many times, nothing was a problem for him. We got there in the end and Adam arranged a 3 place holiday to Malaysia and Singapore. We go on 5th August, will if update review when we return. EShores so far brilliant hats of to Adam.”

“We as a family used eShores last year to go to USA, and they were brilliant, my husband and 1 are going to Italy with them this September and we have just booked again to go back to USA with them next May, very efficient and Matt is lovely to deal with”

“Our go to holiday booking company. We have used Eshores many times. They are knowledgable and friendly and listen to your requirements and arrange everything from flights, transfers and hotels whether that is a single or a multi destination trip. You get a real personalised service and everything is worry free. Definitely recommend”

“I have been dealing with Lynette, who planned a multi centre holiday for us in America. Her knowledge of everything made booking this trip so easy, she was amazing. Not only was she knowledgeable on the hotels and the area they were in, she went above and beyond and sent information on places to visit and links to book things. The service she provided was outstanding and took the stress out of everything. Fantastic!”

“Lynette has been our travel agent for over 4 years now. Each and every time we book a holiday with Lynette she never seems to amaze us with the knowledge she has of each destination that we are planning to travel too. When booking a multi-destination holiday, we initially thought it would be a really stressful process, however, having someone like Lynette take the planning off our hands made the entire booking experience more exciting and relaxed. 1st Class Service as always. Thanks again for sorting our dream honeymoon.”

“10/10 booked a multi centre 7 day city break with matt at eshores , brilliant from the quote to the holiday helpful support if you had any questions we did rome ,Florence and Venice all flights ,hotels ,transfers and train journeys went smoothly and had all the paperwork in a pack made it so much easier would 100% use this company again brilliant, thank you we had the best week in Italy 🇮🇹”

“Dave was very patient as we explored options for a three location holiday with flights between venues. With his help I think we absolutely got what we wanted and when we wanted it. Knowledgeable, flexible, polite, helpful and I hope, costs effective. My only suggestion would be to provide contact details at first interaction which might have speeded things up a little.”
