“Excellent company and Matthew has so much patience, he was very knowledgeable and helpful everything went very smoothly and it wasn't a straight forward 2 weeks in the sun it was 2 islands all private transfers and accommodation was first class will definitely be ringing Matthew to book our next holiday”

“I have used many Travel Agents over the years for booking many holidays, of late i have booked a lot direct myself. However when wanting to book long haul flights/holidays I still prefer to use agents and was recommended eshores by a friend. i have been exceptionally pleased with eshores and the service provided by Hannah Morris, she was very patient with me as i really didn't know what i wanted for a special birthday next year and she gave me many quotes for various holidays and i was very pleased with her advice and found that she was very knowledgeable in many areas. Biggest thanks to her, lets just hope the holiday is as good! Paula”

“We booked our honeymoon with eShores in October and received fantastic customer service from Michelle Taylor. We told Michelle what we were looking for and she found the perfect twin centre for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We were undecided on 2 hotels and Michelle was able to go one step further and get colleagues opinions/advice who had visited these hotels previously. Very pleased with the service and the deal we got. Thank you!”

“Just back from cuba booked through eShores, and I have to say that booking through eShores not only saved me a considerable amount of money than booking through the actual tour operator but was also more professional than booking through the actual tour operator. Michelle (the person I dealt with) was very professional and friendly, very helpful and answered any questions I had. I didn't really know where I wanted to go on holiday but had ideas of what I wanted, which after giving Michelle the details she came up with many options, discussing each one, she didn't push us towards the most expensive one, and gave us time to look at each option. I would recommend eShores to everyone, thanks to all at eShores especially Michelle for making our holiday a special one. We will definitely be coming back to you for our next one. Pete”

“Mathew was very helpful in looking into the perfect honeymoon for us. I only had a rough idea of what we wanted to do and he was very patient with me despite my numerous emails asking for changes and updates to be made. Mathew was very quick to reply to every email that I sent and nothing was too much hassle for him. We were worried that we would not be able to get the holiday that we wanted within our budget but Mathew helped us to create the perfect holiday within the budget we had in mind. I have since recommended Mathew to some of my friends and family due to the excellent service that we received.”

“Our consultant Hannah was extremely patient when I was choosing my holiday destination. She listened to our requirements and adjusted our hotel selections without complaint. I really felt that I was getting a personal service, and that I could ask any questions/make requests at any time and the whole communication was wonderful. A great service that I would recommend. Just hoping it all goes well on the ground!”
