“A brilliantly organised trip covering 5 destinations over 3 weeks for our honeymoon I tend to believe you learn more about people and companies when something goes wrong and whilst we only had a minor hiccup - through no fault of E-Shores, it was actually the hotel - the fact they stepped in, were all over it immediately, sorted it directly with the hotel and kept me posted throughout despite the 8 hour time difference suggests the attention to detail and absolutely seamless booking, payment and itinerary experience wasn’t a fluke! I’d typically tend to book these kind of trips myself but the peace of mind afforded by them and the team, at a pretty stressful time, was a massive help. One less thing to worry about and that was pretty invaluable. Thanks again for all your help, I’ve already recommended them to a colleague and I’m looking forward to organising our next experience with them.”

“I took my new wife on honeymoon to a surprise location Rome and Florence Forte Dei Marni, I arranged the holiday with Hannah who was a star, always phoning and emailing me keeping me aware of what was available looking for a perfect honeymoon and she ensured this was done in a professional and with excellent customer service, making it feel a personal experience she was helping us with. We were both taken aback by the quality of the boutique hotel River Palace Hotel friendly staff location perfect ( a nice touch the bottle of wine sent to our room by the management to celebrate our honeymoon) and then 1st class train journey to Florence air conditioned travel seeing the Italian countryside a break from the tourist route lovely, then Grand Hotel staff were friendly and 4 course meals every night excellent diet has now started. if you want a great short break or holiday Italy is wonderful”

“I found Dave, my travel consultant, to be extremely helpful, efficient and able to advise on my travel plans, due to him having visited all of the cities himself. I didn't need to research the best areas to stay or trawl hotel sites. Dave was able to quickly translate my requirements into a shortlist of options and all well below budget.”

“Michelle was great; from my basic idea for an Italian adventure she arranged the flights, transfers, trains, hotels and car hire and made it so easy. The holiday exceeded expectations and we will definitely be back to book for next year. Thank you”

“I would highly recommend eshores and will definitely be using them again in the future. Hannah was excellent with sorting out an itinerary for us for a first time road trip around California/Nevada. We have just returned and everything about the holiday was just fabulous. I had other quotes but eshores were the most competitive and tailor made. 10/10 for their customer service!”

“Just got back from another fantastic holiday booked for us by Mathew. We had 4 nights New York, 3 nights Philadelphia and 3 nights Washington. I love that when I rang to discuss our holiday ideas the person I spoke to saw from their system that Mathew had previously booked a successful holiday for us so out us through to him again. This makes the service more personal. Mathew listened to our ideas, advised on locations, necessary and unnecessary items to make sure we kept to our budget. Our holiday went smoothly and ticked every box. Definitely recommend both eshores and Mathew.”

“I have used eShores before, and their service, both in preparing for the holiday, and then while abroad, is second-to-none. If you encounter a problem, it's normally very easy to ring them, and speak to one of their travel consultants, who knows your particular needs, and can advise on how best to deal with any local glitches. However, on this occasion, I was staying a long weekend with musician friends in one part of Italy, so I asked Dave Felton, whom I usually deal with, to tailor-makr a trip around this, and flying from a local airport. Dave came up with a wonderful, simple itinerary that allowed me to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Perugia, and Rome. All the hotels were perfectly adequate, and ideally positioned, with ensuite facilities and AC, and breakfast included. When presenting me with my proposed itinerary, Dave was able to say, for example, that my hotel in Rome was on an easy direct walk from the main station, which meant it was quicker to reach on foot, than by taxi. This was one of my best breaks to date, and I have no problem in giving my highest recommendation to eShores for arranging a lovely trip where everything worked seamlessly, and never once was I left in the lurch. It's a great service, competitively priced, 100% professional, yet with such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

“Had great holiday with my American cousins in Athens, Naxos and Crete. eShores handled everything very well and we had no problems. “James our personal travel consultant was absolutely excellent, this was the second time he has arranged a holiday for us and both holidays were planned to the minutest detail. The holiday we have just returned from was 13 days to the Baltic States, it was extremely detailed, he had arranged it perfectly making a good holiday into a great holiday. From start to finish his help and assistance was invaluable, many thanks to him and the team at Eshores.”
