“I discovered eShores online, contacted them via the website form and had a holiday planned and booked within 3 working days. The responsiveness was excellent, the service friendly, and the options and quotes showed how well they had listened to our needs. Really impressed so far.”

“Very happy with the services provided so far, and I am particularly pleased with how our travel agent Emily was able to not only set up a great initial plan for our Japan holiday, but she also was very quick and super polite when it came to amending our itinerary to our specifications, as well as the transparency in terms of the details of our trip and the associated costs. “Fantastic Holiday - everything went so smoothly to split locations in the states, taxis booked for us, no stress, everything fell into place. Big thank you to Lynette who booked, advised and held my hand all the way and went out of her way. True customer service and will be booking my next one here. I love to talk my holiday through which i was able to do and this was a special holiday for us.”

“My 2nd time booking with eShores. Excellent customer service working with one agent to create a personalised, bespoke holiday. My arrangements changed part-way through so a number of quotes were needed. Nick was patient, helpful and responded quickly (by email and phone) throughout. Well recommended.”

“I sent eShores an email asking them to tailor a holiday to Italy for me. This is a surprise for my husbands 70th birthday. Therefore we could only liaise via email. Leanne got onto it straight away and sent me all the necessary information. I phined her the following day when my husband was out. She explained everything to me. I was so grateful as this took the stress off of me.”

“Fantastic service from Lynette from start to finish. Went to Australia this year and Lynette sorted everything out for us, even when we had a small emergency, when in Perth, she answered our concerns straight away and looked into it and advised us what to do. We had such a great time we're off to America next year and Lynette has sorted us again, hoping this time that everything goes according to plan!!!!”

The agent I deal with is Chris Eaves, who provides great advice and goes out of his way to get me the best deal he can. Nothing is too much trouble for him. “Matt from eshores got in contact with us within 24hours of our initial enquiry. We're inexperienced travellers and kept changing our minds, but Matt has been very patient with us. He kept in contact and has created a lovely package for us. If the holiday goes as smoothly as the eshore service, we'll be very happy and definitely recommend eshores and use them again ourselves.
