“Having received a quote very quickly, I also received an updated quote just as quickly when I made a couple of specific requests. I was also given good advice on value for money when I suggested reducing my holiday stay by one night. Very grateful to Mathew for pointing out the small price difference. The written quote was easy to understand and then Mathew was very clear and precise with details over the phone. Gave me great confidence that all in order. Likewise, made it easy for me to provide passenger details when an email link did not work from my pc. Having received a different payment schedule on later documents, e-shores have responded promptly to say my initial agreement stands.”

“When my son went travelling to the Far East last year he suggested that my husband and I join him for a much needed holiday in Malaysia. We also decided to extend our holiday by then travelling onto Singapore on our own to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I found eShores when browsing for the holiday and James was brilliant in delivering everything we asked for at an amazing price. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly (and patient) with all my questions and requested changes. We had an absolutely amazing time which just wouldn't have been possible without James and I couldn't recommend him and eShores more highly for your holiday! So glad I found them and I will definitely be using them again.”

“This is the second time we have used Eshores to organise a holiday for us. As before, we decided what we wanted and then shopped around for the best deal. Dave, the Eshores consultant, was able to put together a much better package than either Virgin or Kuoni. He was really helpful and patient! Many thanks to all at Eshores!”

“Kadie listened to our requirements, produced a very good package, we made some minor changes and booked. Everything on the itinerary happened like clockwork. The hotels were exactly as described. Kadie produced a great break and good experience for us. We would definitely use eShores again.”

“A huge 'Thank You' to Andy, who organised our post-retirement 'grand tour' of Thailand & Cambodia. Twenty nights in six excellent hotels in Bangkok, Siem Reap, Chiang Mai, Krabi, Phi Phi and Phuket, with flights and ferries, and associated transfers to and from all hotels. A huge opportunity for mistakes, but everything - absolutely everything - was spot-on: the holiday was superb. Thank you again, Andy.”

“Andy helped us arrange our honeymoon to Thailand, which was perfect! We had never used eShores before but would definitely use them again. Everything went smoothly and we were impressed with everything Andy had booked for us. Even when we had a problem with our flight the week before we left, Andy sorted it out and took the stress away from us. Highly recommend eShores!”

“Michelle, our travel consultant is super! I have been changing holiday plans so many times, but each time I have contacted Michelle she has been ever ready to help and revise quotes and she replies to every phone call and e-mail swiftly. Finally I booked our itinerary with her and now can't wait for the summer! Will be adding a review once we have completed our holiday, but for phase 1 - booking with eshores has been fantastic!”
