“I cannot recommend eShores enough. They were very efficient and understood what I required from my holiday wish, and arranged it just as I wanted. Very thorough communication. I struggled with the BA App to check in the day before we flew out and called eShores who immediately did it for us. When we arrived my daughter informed us she'd left a bag in the transfer vehicle again eShores in helping us and contacted the company immediately. With all our contact with eShores they were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely use eShores again”

“Matthew you are a credit to eShores, when you are booking an holiday, and you are not sure where o stay, Matthew is your man to go to 😄 Emailed eShores with a plan to go to the USA (wasn't where at the beginning, but decided on Las Vegas, Nashville and New York) only had a budget of £5,000 Matthew managed to find us flights, accommodation, however, wasn't happy with flights, and the additional hotel prices (including area taxes) Matthew managed to find two hotels without the additional tax prices, however, once in New York we will have to pay the additional price, Mentioned to Matthew, there were better flights and times flying from Heathrow, within 30mins, Matthew managed to get the flights, Paid £5000 for staying 4 nights in Las Vegas, 5 nights in Nashville and 4 nights in New York, (nice surprise, we didn't have to pay any taxes for the New York hotel) Anything went to plan with know issues, Once again, many thanks Matthew for organising our amazing holiday”

“Second time we have used eShores to plan a holiday, and this time it was for 2 weeks in Japan. Sure, we could have organised it ourselves, but it was so much easier to give eShores an outline of where we wanted to go, type of hotels and cost, and let them do the hard work. They were responsive and helpful and we will definitely use them again.”

“I’ve used eShores before. This time we have just booked for Thailand at end of January. Matt put together the perfect itinerary based on our needs and budget for our 17 night trip to include Bangkok, Chaing Mai and a cruise island hopping for a week in Phuket. Looking forward to going.”

“Whilst we have not yet been our holiday, just wanted to say how impressed we were with the whole booking process through Eshores and especially Kelly who organised our trip. Efficient, friendly and very organised. She listened to what we wanted, clearly spent a lot of time researching flights, accommodation etc and delivered a quality service, resulting in a holiday tailored to exactly what we wanted. “My wife and I are planing to visit Singapore Bali and Kuala Lumpur June 2025. Nick Chadwick is current working with us putting together a very demanding itinerary. Our initial contact with Nick was very professional and still with regards to constant communication it has made us feel very comfortable safe and in superb hands. He has shown great knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure all our needs are covered. Even now he has proven to be prompt in his reply’s to emails and phone calls. “We have used eShores for 3 holidays now and have had a great experience each time. For our latest holiday we chose to travel to Barcelona, Madrid and Taormina, Sicily. We gave Emma the details of what we wanted and she planned it all for us. Emma planned everything including taxi transfers and train travel between Barcelona and Madrid. Everything ran smoothly and to plan. The hotels Emma arranged for us were very good and in great locations. We will definitely be returning to eShores to book our next holiday and would definitely recommend them.”
