“EShores have provided a fantastic service from initially discussing our plans, looking at hotel options and booking everything. The customer service provided by Andy was great and I would definitely book again with them. If you want quality service I would recommend eshores.”

“eShores easily get 5 stars from us. Once we had chosen Bali as our destination, Michelle our rep was superb & very patient in finding our accommodation, flights & transfers. She was so enthusiastic about Bali having been there herself & it didn't disappoint. During our second week there Michelle contacted us to advise us that the villa we were due to transfer to in 2 days was no longer available but that she had already sourced and proposed an alternative villa for us which turned out to be of a higher spec than the one we had originally booked & at no extra charge to us. Had we been on our own this event would have been hugely stressful for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for our next adventure & hopefully have the pleasure of Michelle helping us again.”

“I was very impressed with the bespoke service I received from Dave. I had a broad idea of my 2 centre holiday requirements but Dave helped me to refine my thinking so I got the best combination of city and beach resorts in Turkey. He was very good at filling in the gaps so I have a better holiday than the one I would have arrived at without his help. I can thoroughly recommend.”

“Andy was great! Helped us pick the destinations to go with what I described we wanted and budget we wanted to spend. Even checked in while we were away to make sure we were enjoying our trip, really cares about his customers.. looking forward to planning our next Trip!”

“Honestly, Chris Eaves could not have been more helpful. So professional with a personable, easy manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the places we wanted to visit, having visited both places himself. Quick to respond to queries, he held our hands throughout the whole process. Very so very grateful.”

“Very positive experience dealing with Andy from eShores for our trip to California & Hawaii. He was always on hand to deal with any queries we had, even outside of usual business hours. He dealt with numerous changes on our behalf due to the current airline issues, one change resulted in a refund due to us which was received promptly. We’ve only just got back from our holiday & have already asked him to start looking into our next one! Will continue to use Andy & would absolutely recommend eShores”

“Just booked a trip to Miami and New Orleans which includes a 10 night Cruise to the Panama Canal. Emma was extremely helpful and professional, despite my changing hotels and dates! We have used eShores on numerous occasions and have always had first class service - this experience was no exception. We would definitely recommend eShores for all your travel needs, no matter how complex, our experiences have all been memorable thanks to brilliant organisation and care.”

“Sent a message to eshores via Facebook. The service I received from Matt absolutely outstanding. He replied very quickly via email and answered all my questions- I later spoke to him on the phone - he was very professional and friendly. I have since booked the holiday through eshores. “Great service, telephone calls were answered quickly. So nice to know there’s someone on the end of the phone to answer your questions. Emails responded to quickly too. Matt did a fabulous job helping us choose our itinerary for our holiday.”
