“You could have apologised when I told you that the Teva sandals I received from you were faulty. As a customer, when I buy something online I look forward to receiving it. I have to ensure I'm home for the delivery and then when it's faulty I have to go through the steps to return it. All I got from your customer service was instructions on how to return it. No apology or recognition of the inconvenience caused.”

“Great service. When they didn't have the item in the colour requested they offered a different colour or an upgraded one in the colour we wanted at no extra cost. Constant updates so we knew where we stood. Always very polite.”
