Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery. I can see your order was sent via Royal Mail 48 which is usually a 1-5 day service, however, due to the strikes this did take longer. We are as frustrated as you by this, but our efforts to find another courier who can handle our amount of parcels have been unsuccessful. So we do apologise that your delivery was delayed, but we really appreciate your patience while we do everything possible to get through this very challenging time. Having purchased a dry suit that did not fit. I have been thoroughly impressed by Escape Watersports levels of service. Initial order arrived very quickly and the return was also processed very quickly. I will definitely use them again. Thanks

Ordered a PFD on 29th November. 14th December, still not arrived. Whilst there has been postal strikes and weather disruption, other items ordered from other companies and much later have arrived.

First pfd is lost somewhere in the postal service. A replacement was sent by courier and received in a couple of days. Customer service were great in attending to this without any fuss. Great company

I have now received my dryrobe 2 1/2 weeks after ordering which I think is due to the number of Royal Mail strikes. Very pleased with the quality.

Was at the outset already impressed by the range and availability of stock. I then found the delivery quick and the comms timely and reassuring. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size based on unclear sizing information on the website and reported this. Without further prompting this information was amended accordingly, and pretty immediately. I rarely write reviews but have in this case. Because I found EW to provide some of the most responsive, intelligent and effective customer service I’ve ever come across. They’re on the ball - delivering an excellent customer experience but without any song or dance. Would definitely buy from again. Thanks.

Escape Watersport are my go to, for gifts for my husband. They always have what I want ( or he wants more to the point) easy to order online and over the phone, and generally delivered in a few days. Great company, and great service would highly recommend
