“When I ordered online, I phoned first to check out if they were a reputable company ( as there are many dodgy ones out there!) and also the expected delivery date. I was told despatch would be sameday hopefully and delivery 2 working days. They SUP arrived next day with a free gift as promised. Excellent service and excellent paddle board - Aqua Marina Beast (Aqua Splash). Five stars from me.”

“Ordered the New Shark 2s pump, they offered it at the best price. There was a slight delay in shipping, which they phoned and informed me about and offered a substitute or cancellation if I couldn't wait. I was happy to wait and the item was shipped before they estimated it would be. First class customer service. Very happy. Thank you.”
