“Superb product, superb price, very easy to order, BUT - Escape really need to address and enhance their customer service skills when it comes to the delivery partner who they select to work with being extremely poor. You can’t take someone’s money and turn your back once the delivery partner has the item. It’s painful for a loyal customer to hear Escape blame a delivery partner and then not find me the customer a solution. I needed this item for a Paddle UK course, what was the topic of conversation on the course? How Escape let me down and poor customer service. Invest in a phone line some your customers can speak to a real person. Would I order again based on this experience, I’m afraid no. Had the customer service been better and item delivered (Royal Mail saying they attempted when they didn’t) doesn’t count.”

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our delivery service, however, Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel and when this was not successful they took it to your local Royal Mail office for you to collect. Unfortunately, once your parcel is with your local office for collection, we are unable to rearrange a delivery. This is standard practice within Royal Mail and we apologise if this caused you any inconvenience, but we can see your parcel was delivered and collected within the 5 working day delivery timeframe you selected at the checkout. Regarding our customer service, I can see your messages came through on the weekend and our team replied to you first thing Monday morning and kept in touch until your order was collected and your tracking updated. We can confirm we do not have any robots or automated lines of communication and you have spoken to a real team member each time. “I ordered a c-skins rewired wetsuit. Delivery was prompt. Sizing guide on the website was super useful so I didn't have to return the suit. If I did have to return it they provide free returns which is always a winner in my books ! Would definitely recommend and will use these guys in future.”
