“Ordered a PFD on 29th November. 14th December, still not arrived. Whilst there has been postal strikes and weather disruption, other items ordered from other companies and much later have arrived.”

“First pfd is lost somewhere in the postal service. A replacement was sent by courier and received in a couple of days. Customer service were great in attending to this without any fuss. Great company”

“My parcel hasn’t arrived and the shipping time took a lot longer than expected. I know the Mail strikes are causing issues but think the delivery times should be updated to reflect tha”

“Was at the outset already impressed by the range and availability of stock. I then found the delivery quick and the comms timely and reassuring. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size based on unclear sizing information on the website and reported this. Without further prompting this information was amended accordingly, and pretty immediately. I rarely write reviews but have in this case. Because I found EW to provide some of the most responsive, intelligent and effective customer service I’ve ever come across. They’re on the ball - delivering an excellent customer experience but without any song or dance. Would definitely buy from again. Thanks.”

“Quick delivery of new deck to replace one starting to get tired. I know new decks are tight but not sure I would have got this onto a bigger Cockpit. However, it does fit so everything’s good!”
