“I had to swap a cag that turned out to be too big. Really easy, just put it back into the bag they sent it in and put in the post. Placed an order for the smaller size, the refund came through quickly. Will def check what they have next time I need new gear.”

“First time ordering from Escape Watersports, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Prompt delivery and good quality items, very pleased. Unfortunately a spray deck did not fit the high seat back of my new kayak, so I had to return it. Escape refunded the cost on the same day they received the item back. With service like this, I feel very confident in ordering anything from them in future.”
