I ordered for an XL but was given an L. Now I cannot wear it and I cannot get my money back or a swap. The quality of the product is good though.

I ordered 2 of same item to find best fit, thinking I would be able to return the other item to my local store in Mansfield, this was not the case! It had to be returned back through the postal service which I find a bit of on inconvenience. I only ordered from yourselves for that reason.

arrived on time.. they postage was very expensive for a pair of studs..when they arrived very disappointed with the size of the studs compared to the picture I seen ..will not use again.

Obviously the clothes are good quality but not having a free returns policy is a bit disappointing to be honest as you can’t try the clothes and most makes and styles are different sizes .

I bought a pair of large hoop earrings which were lovely but bigger than i normally wear. As I had broken the seal I couldn’t exchange them and no one in my family wore large hoops either. So a friend had them and was very happy, expensive for me though!!!

A lot of decent clothes on offer...however, given the top end prices free returns should be standard. It cost me £8 to return a pair of jeans.

Your service very quick but when you spend a lot of money I think your postage should be free and also if you need to return something why should the customer have to pay . I returned something and it cost me £7.95 witch is a lot of money .

placed an order for a Ted Baker Jumper, the product arrived and was fantastic. however it was clearly a return from another customer as it never arrived in its original packaging which I wasn't happy about and I was still charged p&p.
