I was slightly concerned about the lack of a confirmation e mail from EQVVS as this was my first purchase with the company of whom I had never heard of before . The first point of confirmation was that my order had been dispatched a day later. although there was no notification of when I could expect a delivery or who the courier might be until the 5 days later when the post office notified me.
Considering the cost of a Barbour coat I would have expected free delivery, which was t the case. Most other companies provided free postage. I ordered from EQVVS because itvthe only company offered the coat in an alternative colour to black. The coat arrived six days later, no paperwork or instructions were included about a return if it had been required, luckily I had been able to try the coat for size as my daughter had bought the same. I do understand the need for reduced paper work when we are striving to be ecco friendly, but a little more reassurance regarding my purchase would not have been amiss.
Yes the coat arrived in a good condition and I was pleased , but if I had been concerned about a return procedure I would have felt quite vulnerable.
