“The majority of what I bought is excellent quality, however the Ralph Lauren top is very poor quality so I've returned the item (at my own cost, which is to be expected). They keep £2.99 when you ask for a refund though, I won't be shopping with them again because of this.”

We tend to keep the £2.99 delivery charge since the whole order was not returned to us and we still delivered these items to you. “I ordered the hat thinking it was grey as in picture and as no colour could be selected Very misleading”

“Quick dispatch and notification of item. Sadly I’m still waiting as Royal Mail have misdirected this item twice and I’ve no idea where it is or when it will arrive”

We processed this on the 9th October, but we needed a response from you for whether you wanted a refund to your bank or whether you'd like instant refund into your EQVVS E-wallet. “Ordered 2 handbags as birthday gifts. One I loved and one was so much smaller than expected so returned it and refund sorted in 24hrs. Such a slick ordering and returns process. Will definitely order again....”
