“Clothing is top end of the price range , it’s disappointing that with the clothes not being to cheapest on the market you still charge postage”

“Not to impressed with spending £645 pounds then being charged 5.95 for delivery, but other than that pretty good.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for sharing your review with us. I have just looked into your account and I can see that you selected 3-4 day delivery which you were not charged for as your order was over £150. Since your order was so high, we upgraded your delivery to Next Day Delivery for free, unfortunately this sometimes causes some confusion because the invoice will then show the Next Day Delivery charge on there however, rest assured you were not charged for this amount. “Quick dispatch and notification of item. Sadly I’m still waiting as Royal Mail have misdirected this item twice and I’ve no idea where it is or when it will arrive”
