“I would like to keep in mind EQVVS for brand quality of choice to buy, but I have not received an email from customer care yet about my package arriving today. I still give a 4 star rating because I love the choices of brands and the emails are not to many, and is good for knowing whats happening on promotions. Hopefully the delivery will arrive today.”

“Loved the earings took a few days longer than advised to come due to them been sent to another depot something about addreses but have bought from yous before. Earings were a gift and aunt much appreciated how nice they were”

“Fab product. Perfect for what I was looking for. Only downside would be the postage and packing cost. Box much larger than the product and a steep postage charge for a pretty much weightless product.”

“My ted baker coat I ordered was stuffed into a box that was too small and so it was totally creased and unsuitable & unfit for anything after that so returned it. Delivery quick just a shame the box was too small.”

“Customer service is excellent. I had to return 2 pairs of UGG trainers as they were faulty and was refunded straightaway. This was the fault of UGG not Eqvvs.”

“Items well packaged. Came with a Ted Baker gift box. The bunny bracelet is very small. Fortunately it was for my granddaughter as I would not have been able to fit it on my wrist. Earrings have Ted Baker engraved on - nice touch.”

“Service was great with quick & easy delivery. My only problem was that I brought 3 different pairs of Karen Millen earrings, all for the same price (sale) but they have come with different packaging, 2 have boxes to put them in, one pair are on a board the other 2 are just in clear plastic bags. All 3 have a velvet pouch to put them in. As they are gifts, would have been nice for the packaging to be the same.”

“I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and with the speed of delivery of the item I ordered. However I am extremely disappointed that although I accessed the website via Quidco in the expectation of a bit of cash back, the transaction failed to track and I have had to put in a claim to which I have yet to receive a response.”

“Unfortunately received the wrong size of shoe to what I had ordered. Customer services did deal with the issue effectively and I was satisfied. Won’t put me off ordering again in the future”
