“I ordered and paid for these trainers 4 weeks ago,, Royal Mail lied and said they tied to delivery them 3 times, I have cctv at home and my wife works from home, they did not try to deliver… I asked for my money back and you agreed,,, I still have not received my money!!! So after 4 weeks I have no trainers and you still haven’t returned my money!!! When will I receive my money!!! This has left a me stressed out,,”
