“The stag horn letter opener is beautifully crafted and the engraving on the tankard was flawless. The tankard is a pleasure to drink from the only negative is a few imperfections with the lion handle. I would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option.”

“I am taking away one star because I expected to have a cloth storage bag included as pictured online. I ordered one last year and there was no bag. I was disappointed, but figured it was overlooked in packing. There wasn’t one in this second order either, so I guess it doesn’t come with one. Otherwise it’s a 5- arrived quickly, looks nice.”

“Hello, the product itself was very good, and delivery was fast. However, since it was for a birthday present, it was disappointing that the accompanying note I requested was not included. This meant that the person receiving did not who it was from. Yours sincerely David Clark”

“Great price and service. Arrived gift wrapped so not seen that the tankard is intact for it's recipient, however, I have seen someone else's similar tankard which is lovely.”

“Was pleased with glass looked lovely.. disappointed with delivery as I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday and it came on the Monday after ..so basically missed the birthday”

“The tumbler looks like picture on website, unfortunately, a bit dissapointed in the quality of glass- very thick and heavy. I would have been happy to spend more to get a finer glass.”

“The actual process of ordering the tankard online was treasonably straight forward but the two areas where some improvement would be welcome is: 1) In the creation of an account for ordering online and 2) Examples of the Font for engraving. Both issues 1 and 2 were resolved by contacting the Company and the response of their helpful staff.”

“Got this glass tankard for a friends 60th. Nice work perhaps a little on the large side I didn’t check to see if there was one smaller ( bottle of beer size). Came as described with inscription and in nice box with a nifty black bag to put glass in if you want to sneak it into a pub.”

“Bought this set of glasses as a gift. I hope the recipient likes them! They seem to be of good quality and presented nicely. The pewter has a couple of small blemishes but I guess this is to be expected. Overall yes I would recommend them.”
