Totally love Emma Hardie products. The Moringa cleansing balm is absolutely gorgeous, smells divine and use it with the cleansing cloths makes my skin look so refreshed and soft. My favourite cleanser

Edit: I have now received my order and I can't fault the product - It is lovely. I'm just disappointed with the lack of communication from the customer support team as to the reason for the delay in dispatching my items. I've been asked to write a review on a product that I haven't received. This is despite ordering and paying for it on 5th January and emailing the company several times to ask where it is. No response from them - Shocking customer service. Very disappointed. If there is insufficient stock then it should state it on the website!

This review is based purely on bad customer service. I have received the email to review a product that 1. I haven’t even received as yet 2. I won’t be receiving it as it has sold through and I am supposedly receiving an alternative, but as yet no one can confirm what that is! Still waiting on response from the customer service team who advised I would have an update ASAP over 24 hours ago.

The Moringa cleanser is beautiful, it has a lovely texture and smells divine !! Knocked one star off for their Customer Service, took 4 emails and 2 calls before my order arrived. An explanation was given for delay so will order again and hope it improves :)

I am unable to comment on the products ordered.I placed an order on 02/01/2022 with my bank account debited on 04/01/2022. To date I have not received the items. Having received no communication from customer services I emailed them to be told the order would be despatched last week. No apology or explanation for the delay offered. Very poor experience to date.

3 weeks after placing my order, I've still not received it. I have had an email stating that it's due to staff shortages, and then another stating that there have been an over sale and some items may be different from what I ordered, but other than that, nothing. I still don't know when I'm getting my order, or even what it is. The products are 5 stars, but whilst I do get that Covid has affected every part of our lives, the customer service on this occasion only gets a 2 I'm afraid.

I placed my order on 3rd January, it is yet to arrive, today being 23rd January. I have had to chase to make sure it hadn’t been forgotten and received a generic email to say how busy you are, COVID being an issue etc. I then received a further email to say that you had oversold and would be sending me an alternative instead. As said at the beginning this still hasn’t arrived. I would love to give a glowing review as the one Emma Hardie item I have tried was wonderful, but the customer experience hasn’t been great so far.

Ordered 2/1/2022 not delivered until 21/1/2020 received an email to say due to low stock my goods may not be the same but similar items would be sent and due to the inconvenience I would receive a free gift, sadly no free gift was sent.
