Love the products but feel that packaging and postage costs are high and the packaging looks unprofessional and doesn’t reflect the product quality.

I've been buying the Moringa cleansing balm for years and it's absolutely wonderful with no real equivalent. What's not so wonderful is the customer service. I've been trying to cancel a subscription purchase for over a week and have had no response to my email or reply to my enquiry via the form on the website. The 0207307 2380 customer services phone number comes back as 'call failed' as does the phone number given on the despatch slip. I've emailed Piers Carty directly and received no response. Next step is to ask my bank to block any future payments but it really shouldn't be this hard and I won't purchase directly from Emma Hardie again.

I had previously had a trial of the Protect & Prime SPF 30 and I really like it so I ordered some more. I was disappointed to find that the one in the New gift set contained little sharp crystals and felt horrid on my skin. It was definitely not like the one I had previously. Maybe there was a bad batch. What with this and the problems with the lip balm I would probably not order again which is a shame.

3 weeks after placing my order, I've still not received it. I have had an email stating that it's due to staff shortages, and then another stating that there have been an over sale and some items may be different from what I ordered, but other than that, nothing. I still don't know when I'm getting my order, or even what it is. The products are 5 stars, but whilst I do get that Covid has affected every part of our lives, the customer service on this occasion only gets a 2 I'm afraid.

Ordered 2/1/2022 not delivered until 21/1/2020 received an email to say due to low stock my goods may not be the same but similar items would be sent and due to the inconvenience I would receive a free gift, sadly no free gift was sent.

I absolutely love the skincare and I have since reordered some of your Midas touch face cream but through lookfantastic as it took 20 days from ordered for me to recieve my items through this website. Someone rang from head office to ask if they could send me the items- I then received products wirh labels as though they are samples or something. Not happy with this.

I absolutely love Emma Hardie products, they have transformed my skin. The personal skincare consultation is an absolute must, Louise is so knowledgeable. Unfortunately the customer service is dreadful, no reply to multiple emails. For the product I would give it 5 starts but the customer service would get one, only because zero is not an option.

I recently tried the Protect & Prime SPF 30. Unfortunately, this product doesn’t suit me as it seems to be drying for my Skin so have discontinued use along with the Midas touch serum. Customer service was good though and the items were beautifully packaged. The washcloth for removing the cleanser is good but again the cleanser is a little too deep cleansing for me.

The best things to mention are the roller ball applicator is brilliant, the fragrance of the product is lovely, I apply once a day, for a month now but to tbh I have not noticed a great deal of improvement on my neck... sadly.. however I will continue and live in hope

The balm is nice, it smells nice, but for the price, I would expect it to do more. I like to use this on days where I'm wearing no makeup, only to remove sunscreen. It doesn't take off makeup very well I'm afraid. As a cosmetic formulator I've made higher functioning cleansing balms and also purchased cheaper ones that work better. I will use this one for a therapeutic spa experience with the cleansing cloth which is very soft and nice.

Yes I love your products , the balm and the moisture cream!!!! but.... why do you have to fall into the trick of all the cosmetique labels??? To give the false impresion with big and expensive boxes and bottles. I want to buy a simple refill of the creams and balms is it posssible???? Think about the enviroment, and also ... I can't avoided feeling cheated! sorry.

Love the products but dispatch or products is so slow. Delivery is fast, less than 24 hours, but it took 6 days to actually dispatch the product itself.

It’s a lovely product but please please can you do a refill instead of making us buy all the ridiculous packaging. Have you no conscience. Please say a good example to the rest of the industry. It’s all going to stop in the end so be the first please.
