“I placed my order on 3rd January, it is yet to arrive, today being 23rd January. I have had to chase to make sure it hadn’t been forgotten and received a generic email to say how busy you are, COVID being an issue etc. I then received a further email to say that you had oversold and would be sending me an alternative instead. As said at the beginning this still hasn’t arrived. I would love to give a glowing review as the one Emma Hardie item I have tried was wonderful, but the customer experience hasn’t been great so far.”

“Ordered 2/1/2022 not delivered until 21/1/2020 received an email to say due to low stock my goods may not be the same but similar items would be sent and due to the inconvenience I would receive a free gift, sadly no free gift was sent.”

“I absolutely love the skincare and I have since reordered some of your Midas touch face cream but through lookfantastic as it took 20 days from ordered for me to recieve my items through this website. Someone rang from head office to ask if they could send me the items- I then received products wirh labels as though they are samples or something. Not happy with this.”

“Far too slow on delivery and I am told that you are replacing some of the items - definitely not ok. As delivery was slow, I asked to add to my order to save on postage and this was not possible. I don’t like running out and now have and as a result have switched to using a different make of product regrettably as I love EH products and actually I think your customer service - has to date in my experience been very good.”
