“I’m a music fan not an audio obsessive. I upgrade only once in 20 years but when I do, I want to hear the music not the sound system. Several years ago I stumbled across the team at Elite. I’m hardly on their doorstep. I’m in Hertfordshire and they are in Fife! But no matter. From the off they seemed to understand my priorities and my budget. I’ve bought a no of separates from them over several years. I could not be happier with their knowledge, friendliness and their prices are competitive too. I run my own small business. It’s tough competing but good service always wins through. Highly recommended”

“Wow, what a team at elite audio I’m returning customer and having watched one of the videos I was so impressed I bought one of the products kept me. Informed. Communication was superb. The product arrived via DPD and the service was stunning. Nothing short of brilliant, especially at this busy time of year Christmas, thank you guys, you are simply the best as the song goes”

“We were looked after extremely well by Andrew who is friendly, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. We came to the showroom with very little audio experience and a 1970s turntable inherited from a great-grandparent. Andrew checked the turntable over, introduced us to the audio world, and helped to find an audio set-up suited to our needs and budget. Could not recommend Elite Audio more highly. Thank you very much.”

“Due To Marks Premium customer ethics, I have been able to Upgrade my speakers (Verity Otellos a Beautiful beguiling engaging musical tour de force- I would encourage anyone looking at speakers to consider Verity- a lifetime purchase!! ) Special mention to Barry who hand delivered and unpacked ,Otellos, packed up my trade in and setup. An absolute Gent and credit to Elite. Suffice to say they aren't called Elite for Nothing !!! Thank You.”

“Two things: the product I bought (an AudioZen Embrace Integrated Amplifier) and Elite Audio's performance were both superb. The amplifier was to replace a failed 25 year-old unit. Coupled with reasonable speakers, the old one had never sounded that good, which I assumed was more or less entirely down to the speakers - Sonus Faber Grand Piano Home - not being up to snuff. EA talked it through with me at length, and suggested that there should be a significant improvement. My response: maybe, but I might as well invest the money and try. It turned out that the result was vastly better than I expected - improved bass but particularly treble, and with a feeling that the amp was fully in control. It's easy to listen too whereas it used to be tiring. This is maybe the fifth or sixth time I've bought from Elite Audio. On each occasion, before and after sale, apart from being unfailingly supportive and enthusiastic, they are completely professional. The advice is always good, they're conscious of budget issues, and everything to do with the delivery is fast. And the prices are often mega-attractive (on this occasion, the AudioZen Embrace was second-hand, in perfect condition and practically unused - and at a serious reduction on the price new). TBH, I'm not sure how the company does it... Thanks, Andrew.”

“Here are my thoughts about Elite Audio Ltd well it’s always been a positive experience for my enquiry stage to visit for demo to purchase of component to after care 5 star service, this level is managed from top down Mark and his team of HIFI experts are always there for advice and set up demo of products now if you have never visited the store in an amazing part of the world such a great location for the store it is alway a good visit and you’ll be met by smiley face and a tea or coffee”

“I live the opposite end of the country down south and used them a few years back first when I was looking for streaming kit as I saw online an item that interested me. I really had no idea what I needed or how it all worked. I received exceptional advice and got a great deal. I’ve been back for all my hifi needs ever since and more recently for analogue kit . These guys always go out of their way to make sure you are happy and when things are not quite right for you, they go above and beyond to make it right. I Highly recommend Elite Audio an easy 5 plus out of 5 !”

“I watch a lot of YouTube videos regarding hifi and a few times I posted my problem with having different DACs but never hearing any difference even with some costing many hundreds of pounds. After many posts, Mark at Elite Audio contacted me with advice and a solution using an Ethernet filter to block out the background noise associated with digital signals. Mark even posted out a loan filter and a 7 port Ethernet splitter plus the cables at no cost to me and it worked amazingly with the sound exploding in clarity and a very wide soundstage, bass very tight and precise and the vocals coming right at you with the sound enveloping you. I was totally gobsmacked. I can now hook up all my Ethernet equipment hard wired which is so much better than Wi-Fi. Can't thank them enough for the perfect solution.”

“I've dealt with Elite Audio for a number of years now and although I have to deal with them from hundreds of miles away, they are great people to deal with. They are very responsive to email, know their stuff and the 30 day trial helps if there are any doubts about equipment. Pricing is competitive and trade in easy if needed. Thank you.”

“I believe that the advice given by the sales team has been great and I have made my purchases and upgrades on this advice. I like to rely on a single company generally for this service. But I have to admit that the last purchase, the after service was I hate to say sloppy, with the remote issue being a thing and still is.”

“My latest purchase from Elite Audio (there have been quite a few, which says a lot!) was recommended as 'a great opportunity'). This was Paradigm Founder 120H Speakers, which needed to overcome a less than ideal room. Also living room, small, square, positioned close to a wall. These speakers are pretty exceptional, packed with technology, importantly in my situation active bass with room correction from 300 hz down. Imaging and soundstage are incredible and they are drop dead gorgeous to look at. Within a very short space of time they were professionally installed by Andrew, ARC software included. As usual, great product (real bang per buck), impeccable customer service, generous trade-in for the old speakers. Yes, Mark indeed 'a great opportunity'........again!”
