“Super-friendly, expert advice on a wide range of High-end audio equipment. The company is especiialy good at keeping customers up to date on the progress of your order. Very reassuring to be able to talk tmmediately with an expert without having to battle through telephone answering bots etc. Dealing with the company was real pleasure because of their attention to detail with all aspects of the ordering and delvery process.”

“No matter who I spoke to or emailed at Elite Audio, the team members were always friendly, knowledgeable, gave great information, made effective communications and answered my questions well. Nothing was too much trouble. Although they are the opposite end of the UK from me, I had every confidence in them and a lovely Lyngdorf TDAi3400 arrived safe and sound. I am really pleased with this new addition to my HiFi. I highly recommend Elite Audio.”

“I first met Mark Cargill and his team at the 2024 Bristol Hifi show and was impressed by their warm welcome and enthusiastic approach to Hifi. Two months later, I was ready to make my first tentative steps into the world of music streaming, and Mark was very helpful in putting my mind at rest about integrating a streamer into my vintage system. I subsequently ordered the Eversolo A8 streamer (arrived the next day), and am very pleased with the product as well as the fantastic service provided by Mark and the team at Elite Audio. “What can I say? It was all very straightforward. The Eversolo DMP A8 arrived promptly and in good condition. I am very happy with it and from personal experience I can say that it is definitely two steps up from the A6 - even the Master Edition version. Using it as both a streamer, DAC and a pre-amp into a Class D power amp so it is good value for money.”

“Exemplary service from Elite Audio. Purchased an Eversolo DMP-A8 on recommendation from Mark which has surpassed all my expectations. I had three streamers in mind and after discussing my system with Mark and also meeting with him and his team at the Bristol HiFi show we settled on the A8. “Bought some Musical Fidelity stuff from Elite Audio UK and although not in stock at the time of ordering they send their demo unit out for me to try whilst I waited on my new unit to arrive. After my new unit arrived I didn’t take to it and they agreed to collect and refund or exchange without hesitation. Subsequently I found alternative products I wanted and they sourced these for me, offered a terrific deal and I could not be happier. Andrew, Mark and Martyn have kept me informed and answered every email promptly and professionally. The level of customer service from these guys is second to none and I would seriously urge anyone looking for hi fi equipment to check Elite Audio UK. You will not be disappointed.”

“I’m a music fan not an audio obsessive. I upgrade only once in 20 years but when I do, I want to hear the music not the sound system. Several years ago I stumbled across the team at Elite. I’m hardly on their doorstep. I’m in Hertfordshire and they are in Fife! But no matter. From the off they seemed to understand my priorities and my budget. I’ve bought a no of separates from them over several years. I could not be happier with their knowledge, friendliness and their prices are competitive too. I run my own small business. It’s tough competing but good service always wins through. Highly recommended”

“We were looked after extremely well by Andrew who is friendly, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. We came to the showroom with very little audio experience and a 1970s turntable inherited from a great-grandparent. Andrew checked the turntable over, introduced us to the audio world, and helped to find an audio set-up suited to our needs and budget. Could not recommend Elite Audio more highly. “Due To Marks Premium customer ethics, I have been able to Upgrade my speakers (Verity Otellos a Beautiful beguiling engaging musical tour de force- I would encourage anyone looking at speakers to consider Verity- a lifetime purchase!! ) Special mention to Barry who hand delivered and unpacked ,Otellos, packed up my trade in and setup. An absolute Gent and credit to Elite. Suffice to say they aren't called Elite for Nothing !!! Thank You.”
