"What a pleasure it was going to Eliteaudio for my recent two purchases consisting of a streamer and a cartridge for my turntable and installing it for me.\r\nOn my first visit I met Mark who made me feel very welcome on my arrival with my trade in which may I add I got a fantastic price on, and before leaving offered me back to the store anytime for a coffee and to listen to some music on there amazing range of products. \r\nOn my second visit I met Barry who also made me feel welcome he installed the cartridge on my turntable for me as I wasn't confident in installing myself as I wanted the best from the cartridge and on my return home it sounded perfect.\r\nThank you to Mark, Barry and the Eliteaudio team, I look forward to returning to the store for some coffee and good music in the future. \r\n\r\nMany thanks \r\nDave."

"After driving over five hours to audition the Eversolo DMP A8 Streamer, the question I might have asked myself was, \"was it worth it?\" And the answer is absolutely. Not only is the A8 an amazing piece of hifi, that does everything it says on the tin and more, the experience was greatly enhanced by Andrew and Martin at Elite Audio. Not only were they courteous and knowledgable they, Andrew especailly, were willing to put up with my strange choice of music during the 2 hours of audtioning, and even introducted me to a new selection of music too. I cannot praise the service, equipment and set up highly enough. "Having updated both my speakers and Amp over the past 6 months decided to upgrade the Innuos Zenith MK3 which Mark recommended- very happy although Roon sounded veiled & filtered compared to the Sense App which was brilliant.\r\nSpoke to Both Mark & Andrew as they have know my system well & decided to demo the Antipodes K50.\r\nHaving researched the brand & spoken to a number of users on both Roon & Antipodes forums it seemed to offer what I was looking for.\r\nAfter a solid 2 weeks of burn in combined with adding a 2nd MSB PSU to my MSB DAC with sound quality of music played through Roon is simply out of this World. Not only being unbelievably transparent but sounds real & natural without the digital glare I was getting on my Zenith.\r\nI can honestly say that my system now is at a point where every time I listen to it I never get tired or think I\u2019m not happy.\r\nThanks to both Mark & Andrew who over the past 4 plus years have helped me achieve now what I consider to be Audio Nirvana.\r\nApologise for the 2 Picasso\u2019s either side of my TV? "Just a note to say thank you for the recent transaction. I have taken delivery of the beautiful Triangle Signature Delta speakers in gloss piano black. They are quite magnificent in terms of their appearance and sonic abilities. Unlike my previous very well mannered German Avantis that were very well suited to jazz and classical programme these Deltas have a wonderful flavour suited to rock music. There is an attack and presence that is perfectly suited to the rhythmic drive of rock music that is in no no doubt due to their efficiency and driver array. The forward forming dual woofers deliver tight and forceful yet musical bass whilst the \u2018horn\u2019 tweeter offers a superb soundstage. As Mark promised they are an excellent match for the Mark Levinson amp and the results are stunning. Detail retrieval Is superb and a fine balance that is ideal for prolonged listened never resulting in fatigue. \r\nFor me they represent superb value given their build quality, aesthetics and sonic ability. I was astonished at the physical presence of these speakers. \r\nI have been searching for the rhythmic drive of naim with a more accurate sound signature and of course something more reliable! The Levinson\/Triangle combination appears to have delivered at last!\r\nThank you mark for your guidance\/sales pitch patience and Martyn for delivering Marks promise!\r\nThe terms of part exchange offered by elite made this upgrade possible. Life is too short for poor hifi"
