“I decided to use ElevateOM for my website. I have regretted using this service. I have been trucking with communication. Everyone contacts you at the beginning for their business and payment. Communication has been a nightmare, agreed for my website to go live on the 29th and then out of nowhere, it goes live 3 weeks before agreed date! Still so much work needs to be done but it went live. When I first called, an email address was created for my business, ever since they keep asking me what email would you like to use. They ended up sticking my personal email address on the website and made it live! When I sent a long email expressing dissatisfaction, I get a response sr don’t worry we will de activate the website for now! No answers to questions asked, how did this go do wrong!”

“I would not recommend to anyone thinking about using this service, they lure you in and then the reality is far from this you end up speaking to a robot for the customer care its such a joke! It was such hard work trying to send everything over by emails, it took forever to actually complete and the end result was rubbish. I wish I hadn't bothered for the money I paid I am really so disappointed. I made a complaint and there was no help. Seems to me like they get your money and then they no longer care.”

“Beware of Deceptive Practices- Extremely Disappointing Experience I am compelled to share my harrowing experience with Elevate Online Marketing Ltd (ElevateOM UK) in the hope of sparing others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. My engagement with this company proved to be nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by gross negligence, incompetence, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite providing detailed requirements and expectations for my website design project, I was met with a shocking level of ineptitude from the onset. Promises were made, assurances given, but at every turn, they failed to deliver even a semblance of the quality service they purported to offer. Communication was a constant battle, with my concerns consistently brushed aside and my feedback ignored. It became painfully evident that my business needs were of little concern to them, as they prioritized their own agenda over delivering on their contractual obligations. What truly astounded me was the utter lack of accountability displayed by this company. When confronted with the glaring deficiencies in their work, they resorted to evasive tactics, deflecting blame and refusing to take responsibility for their failures. In sum, my experience with Elevate Online Marketing Ltd (ElevateOM UK) was nothing short of a complete disaster. Not only did they waste my time and money, but they also keep my domain with them to force me pay them more money without any serious work so they took my money without any received service or product as per the agreed requirements over and over. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and incapable of delivering on their promises. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Elevate Online Marketing Ltd (ElevateOM UK) at all costs. They are nothing more than a sham masquerading as a reputable business, and I would strongly advise against entrusting them with any aspect of your project.”

It's a shame to see this. Khaled has been very demanding from the beginning and sending a lot of rather abusive emails to various members of staff. He was asked to stop this and to send detailed instructions, however, regrettably he continued to send very complex instructions of which we had extract the actual requests. He now wishes to break the contract of which we do need to be paid for.

Now starting court proceedings,can’t state loud enough how much you should stay clear of this company always trying to get extra money for ad ons you thought would be included like an email address”

It's a shame to see this. The site was complete, but Mark did struggle to find images of his work that were of good quality. He then complained about the site design that he previously signed off happily. We offered to assist with images and to go back into design, which essentially means building a new site for free. It seems we are guilty of being overly helpful...

“Spent thousands and website would never have worked properly and it took years of going backwards and forwards. I’ve been told by my new designer who took 4 weeks to complete. No refund given even though a member of their staff admitted over phone that it shouldn’t have been taken on in the first place as too complex for them. In talks with legal services!”

The website was complete and working as per the original specification. The work was also signed off by the client. She is now hosted on a third party server of which may be causing issues. It is rather sad to see this review as we do not agree to the reasons at all.

We completely have to disagree with this review. The client went live with a third party host. The site was functioning 100% as per the clients requirements. He has not reached out to us in 10 months to indicate that anything is wrong.

We can see that the domain is no longer with us and this is why emails would not work. Whilst the site was with us, it was working on our side.

“Initially, I asked for a call to discuss our needs, twice, but it was ignored! I should have known then. We ask for changes, and they say they have completed them, but they have not. They ask for files that we gave months ago and say they are waiting for them to make changes! All they care about is asking to move to the next stage so that you can pay the final amount. It is frustrating and time-consuming. They DO NOT listen. We employed 'Professionals' so that we did not have to do this ourselves! I would stay well clear!”

“Very poor customer service and technical support. I have been without emails for a week, all emails seemingly blocked - my business has effectively ground to a halt. No urgency, understanding from Elevateom all week - 'We will contact you with an update in due course - apologies for the inconvenience - - have a nice day'. I was told that the technical supervisor would phone me back with an update, but received a standard email reply instead. 10+ years as a paying customer and this is what I have to experience. The only available telephone/email contacts have a poor grasp of both my issue and have English as a second language. Communication is poor. Impossible to speak to a senior member of staff.”

Thank you for your review. Yes, we do have a number of foreign and UK based staff. Covid hit a lot of companies hard and we have undergone many changes to better suit the current UK climate and are constantly making improvements where we can. Sorry about your email issue. We are currently migrating all accounts to a more reliable, secure server, though naturally, this does take time as we need to reset SMTP for all sites that have emails of which are affected. We are doing our best to rectify this as soon as possible.

“SCAM SCAM SCAM - AVOID! Where do I start? Let me try: 1. Up until recently they were called Webcreation UK. If you type the webcreationuk dot com website into google you'll be redirected to ElevateOm. You can check out some real and genuine reviews for Webcreation UK on Trustpilot As you can see mostly negative, and not quite the fluffy 5 stars you see here for ElevateOM. If you look at the history on that page you will see that as Webcreation UK they also started with fluffy 5 star reviews. Then it degenerated into mostly one star reviews. (You'll see the same thing on webcreation uk google reviews when you view the most recent ones). A common tactic with scam companies knowingly providing a terrible service is to shut down the old company name with all those genuine bad reviews and then restart with a brand new shiny name. Then intially 'get' lots of nice 5 star reviews. At least until some very real one star reviews start flowing in again. And then guess what? Time to shut down that company with the terrible rep and start a nice new one without the bad rep and awful reviews. They can actually keep on doing this and keep ripping people off. That's your very real indicator that these guys are scam artists and to keep WELL AWAY. And I haven't even got to what they did with my 'website'.... 2. They don't have CLUE when it comes to web design. Well to be fair they knocked up a not bad desktop site. The problems started when developing and testing the website on mobile devices. There were so many many problems. And i mean real basic problems with highlighting items, menu items not working, background pics on mobile not showing correctly. The mobile website performance was awful. I can go on and on. I had to waste a very large amount of time on testing and documenting errors for them. On basic stuff that is standard on any website on a mobile device. We're talking a simple brochure website here. 3. It's been OVER A YEAR and they STILL can't make it work at a basic level! Yes thats right. They started in July 2021. And its still not finished or working. I repeat, its a simple brochure website. 4. My last contact with them was about 2 weeks ago. I sent them a video showing how poor the site was on an apple mobile device (the device most website visitors use!). It showed that the site did not work properly and that the performance was poor on non existent (clicking an item for it to never change and just stay there!). The video also showed that 'fixes' they told me 3 times were 'now working' were still not working. I've chased them up since then. Not only are they not responding. But like a serial killer trying to cover up the evidence, they've hidden the body (or in this case taken down the development site). Unfortunately for them I have videos and pictures going back the whole year, as well as all the emails detailing the problems. 5. Legal action - On Monday I will be messaging them one last time, mainly just to tell them that as well as making sure the world knows they are scam artists so no one else gets ripped off and a year wasted. but that I will be starting legal proceedings to get all my money back. They've had the first 2 payments. The third and final payment is only for when the website is finished. They're not getting that and unsurprisingly they havent asked for it! But I believe I have legal recourse to get all my payments back. So please be aware you will be dealing with a company with at least one pending court case against them for money back. I'll bet mine is not the only one! It's time these rip off merchants were stopped in their tracks and not allowed to take peoples money, and made to give people they scammed their money from back! Shut them down and stop them restarting over and over again taking more innocent peoples money and time!”

Thank you for your review. The site did take some time to load due to the number of plugins integrated due to the clients' requests. We use cloud based servers that are reliable and fast, however, for such a heavy site it would have been better on dedicated servers.

“Awful company with no customer service. Our website has been in 'progress' for 8 months and I managed to create a better one in a day for free. After being sold many lies, ignored on email for months and our web link sending us to a Japanese wesbite, we tried to come to a compromise of a partial refund of our £1,400 deposit. We were shut down straight away and they had no interest in listening to us. They do not care about their customers and are only bothered about money. As a small business, we are utterly disheartened and upset. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.”

Thank you for your feedback. In this case, the reviewer has been continuously asking for things that are out of scope of the original invoice and agreement. It is very hard to move on when the client insists on having upgrades free of charge.

“Sadly having a very bad experience of this company. Such a shame and I feel for the project managers who seem so desperate to look after you but somewhere along the line they just don't talk to each other. I have tried desperately to get a refund on my deposit because they don't even share briefs and instead share your contact details with another company to sell you a landline number. It's really poor. 4 months later I am still waiting for a refund and no one answers the phone :-(”

“Very poor service, they will take your money upfront, and will not complete your website and will make excuses to not do anything, stay away from them!!!, they will give you readymade template which you can get from any web shelf and create your self why pay them, and they will ask you to complete every details, It has been more than 6 months I have provided the all the details and requirements but website is still not live.”
