Anuj from the programme development team did his best to deliver what you asked for, but there were some teething problems at the start with the sales team promising more that could be delivered. Once these things were sorted out the site did get finished but it took a lot of feedback to get things to a stage it was ready to go live. Given the cost we paid for the site, I think we did get value for money, its just took a ot of time and patience from both parties to get things sorted.

Really communicative and worked efficiently to get the website up and running. Chris aNd Anju were great and supportive every step of the way. The only slight thing I would raise is that you are initially told to pay a 50% deposit and then you would pay the remaining amount 6-8 weeks later. Within a week I was being asked to pay the remaining amount which I felt put me under quite a bit of pressure I was wasn’t expecting to have to pay it so soon. I think your fine as long as you have the means to pay the balance and I would use them again

Would have been more than happy to continue with Elevate, had it not been for the fact that in a fIuid and ever-changing market I needed a local, face-to-face, hands-on approach. Never-the-less, Elevate were kind and coped with my fluidity to the best of their ability.

During the design stage we had a lot of back and forth to get the design right, amends would get changed and something else that was right would change and it felt never ending. However now that we have the design right the support from the team with guidance has been great and I can’t fault that.

Hi only problem i have is ive tried to explain from Day1 im not "tech savvy" but that seems to fall on deaf ears every time. apart from the that ok

I'm still at the first stage of my webb page & so far after a few emails seems to be getting there..so far jay & his team have made progress.but yet to do the writing for the page & load pictures & videos

I have only just started with ElevateOM. It has been hard to get through to the people you want but once I spoke to Ryan yesterday he was very helpful.

We have made contact with this client and hope that the review can be updated soon. The design stage is already over and we have begun the coding of the internal pages.

I would have given “poor” as a rating.. the only reason I didn’t is because we seem to get there in the end. I’m running a business, when I ask for a change on my website, it takes a week before anything is done. If this continues, I’m not sure that I will continue my subscription next year! I have to chase up my request constantly! This is affecting my business also! I’m quite disappointed because when I started the subscription 4 years ago, the service was excellent. I hope things improve rapidly as soon as possible!

The problem that i have found with the Wordpress website is the loading of content. To get to understand what goes where you need to do it as a fall time job, nothing is straight forwards. Because of this we have moved to a different company that dose not use wordpress. ElevateOM supplied a good website and there staff were always there to help but it took so long to load a picture or text.

I had a relatively slow and troublesome experience with my web developer. The guys at the helpdesk however, particularly Harry, were extremely helpful. Harry helped assist me towards the end of my project to ensure the site was finished promptly and efficiently. I would have definitely abandoned the project all together with this company if it was not for Harry’s continuous support and enthusiasm to get things done. Thanks for all your help Harry!
