Seriously I’ve gone with this company because I haven’t the foggiest about building websites or anything to do with websites. I was promised full explanation right the way through with this company. Different people from different departments just msg me with what they want and with not knowing what they require I ask for explanation or an example and I get reply back sorry we can’t do that but we have such an such working with us who charges so much for this service would you like to use these, also asked for help with websites contents and writing and was told it would cost me 70 pound plus vat per page with no explanation of what they were expecting from me or no guidance, all my products uploaded have issues with them pictures not matching wording etc even after I pointed it out it’s not changed, I just hope I can sort it myself once got control of website.. If you want a company who is interested in just taking your money an no guidance witch caused me so much stress then go with this company...

This was my email to them on the 04.05.2020 - Very disappointed - I was promise a professionalism but instead, they have all been very unprofessional and childish. Good morning once again, I am so disappointed in the way i have been treated by this company.You are all so unprofessional. I have paid for this service and you all failed to deliver to the point where i ended up creating majority of the website myself. On op of this, you have not carried out full SEO optimisation service that i have paid for. Despite all that i gave you the benefit of the doubt and tried my very best to work with you. I have had a specialist looked at the website and they said that there are many issues with the design that needs addressing. So i have paid another web developer to assist with the changes need. I have sent emails requesting for the STFP and TFP information in order for external web developer to make necessary changes. Twice you have sent the wrong details after taking your time. It appears that you all block or intentionally refuses to answer my calls. Your company has caused my business to have financial lost because of the issues with the website and not carrying our proper seo optimising service as paid for, i was told that a google business listing will be created as part of the seo optimisation, however a few days ago (nearly 3 months later) someone from the seo department mentioned that this was not done, and your excuse was that google wasn't working due to the corona virus. I have no intentions of continuing to use you to host my website, i will transfer this to a new company in the next couple of weeks, once my website developer is able to access the TFP system.

We completely disagree with all statements here. Natalie chose a Theme E-commerce website which is essentially a template/stencil that sells products. All we needed was the images and content. We completed this within 3 weeks once we had this. The site has has all SEO work complete, but google listing. Do not trust them they have lost me miney and customers Have still not finished building my website and its over run from Contract now 6 weeks They have tried extracting more money out of me for services i already paid for Taking to trading standards in a word DISGUSTED

We have been in touch with Darren. He claims that the contact form does not work. We have conducted many tests and provided evidence that this does indeed work. He in fact replied to us saying this didn't work with the actual enquiry attached. He keeps asking for his admin details (CMS) which have been sent numerous times and tested every time. There are some products he wants to be added of which we have asked for the images and descriptions, he doesn't send these and then just emails very angry messages. We have gone way above and beyond for him, it is a shame that he cannot see this. He really needs to help himself and send over what we ask for.

The other reviews can not possibly be real. This company have messed us around over a year. There workmanship is pathetic and the sort of thing a five year old could do. On top of that we have been canvassed over and over again ( from their phone number) by salesman trying to sell extras. They have taken our money and delivered nothing more that a few picture examples we sent them! Do not be taken in by the five star reviews.

We had archived this project a long time ago due to lack of contact from client. As a good will gesture we have just unarchived the project. The client also signed off his design as he was happy with it at that point. He has now decided to cancel the project.

The worst company I’ve ever done business with . I’ve waited 7 months for my website to be completed and still waiting ... Constant mistakes - My advise - Stay well clear !!

We have been working with this client for 5 months. There were periods when he would go quiet and he also provided images of which were not usable. We kindly edited all of these for him free of charge. It's quite disappointing to see a review like this when no fault was with us.

I decided to go with ElevateOM, as it was UK based company, only to find that my project was being outsourced to India, (I have had bad experience with developers from outside UK). I was offered a complete website package with content writing from ElevateOM, paid in full £600 (which I regret) back in Dec 2019, with an agreement of a complete handover in 4 weeks. Not a single piece of coding was delivered, the communication from the chap in India and the so-called Project Manager leading my website creation was non-existent. At the initial stage I was requested to complete a “Creative Briefing” detailing the look and feel of my new website, honestly, the results were awful.. the lack of colour and creativeness, it was dull and an eyesore. The negative reviews are 100% accurate, I do suspect the “5-star” reviews found here are fabricated, as there appears to be pattern. Save yourself the head pain and stress, otherwise you’ll be in the position I’m in recalling a FULL refund.. to summarise, please avoid this company, if you still decide to go ahead, I would request you thoroughly check the Agreement they make you sign, this whole “Deposit” paid seems a scam, but that’s something I’m raising on a legal call. To summarise, guys, big hint, research research research this company inside out, review all the negative and then compare the positives, you’ll get the idea of what this companies about. This is my second time writing this review.

It is a shame to see this review. Mr Ahmed was assigned in January this year and paid for a simple brochure website. The 1st design was given to him within a week. He even said that he really liked the design and was ready to move on, just awaiting the logo. He then went out of contact until April. In April he came back and asked to speak with the Customer Service Manager. He then again said that he liked the design and was ready to move in to the coding stage. He then went quiet until July and asked for a refund as he didn't like his design. We would usually have re-quoted the client both times due to unauthorised absence of leave from the project (we can't keep sites or designs lingering on our servers as we have other sites to create), but agreed to carry on with the work free of charge. Our developers and designers come from all over the world, from South Africa, Serbia, Japan, India, literally almost everywhere! We take lots of pride in our work and even have Project Managers to oversee everything and to give ideas when needed. This ensures a high level of service and a speedy process, .... providing you don't disappear for two months at a time!

Pros: Customer service have been fantastic but lack of understanding and communication. Cons: Where to start, well, this October will be 2 years since ElevateOM have developed me a broken website, in fact when they try to fix 1 error another 2 or more appears from nowhere, it's taken 3 months to fix uploading images on my website, a month now to solve the email server, I've paid £300 to have ad ons only to be broken and is now errors, the software seems old and outdated yet my quotation states new updates and on top of all this I can't even promote or advertise my website due to it being broken. Support after support and it seems noone can communicate with the amateur developers based in India which is handle by email only, I have also given image instructions on the errors but not a word, now I understand with the covid19 work will be slow but these errors were present well before the pandemic, it has gotten to the point now where I am seeking legal advice because this is ridiculous and ongoing for 2 years is mind blowing. I will keep this post open for editing because believe it or not most 5* given on here are edited from 1* to 5*. My personal advice would be seek a developer in the UK that are close to you as these guy's are none existence once they recieve payment, don't believe me check the other 1* rating and you'll get the outcome and pattern.

Clive has left multiple 1 stars and 5 stars for us. He leaves a 1 star every time he doesn't get a reply as soon as he would like. Clive also hasn't once paid us for hosting so in theory shouldn't have a live site or any support. We will email Clive to pass on site files.

Absolutely shocking company unprofessional,rude ,send all work to India quality poor no understand of building a site to clients need ,so more was the quality it was laughable, ript me off for £300 deposit I paid refused to refund me as they could not produce what I asked. Now starting court proceedings,can’t state loud enough how much you should stay clear of this company always trying to get extra money for ad ons you thought would be included like an email address

It's a shame to see this. The site was complete, but Mark did struggle to find images of his work that were of good quality. He then complained about the site design that he previously signed off happily. We offered to assist with images and to go back into design, which essentially means building a new site for free. It seems we are guilty of being overly helpful...

I would like to thank my web designer Sunil and my project manager Jay for doing such a fantastic job I am totally happy with the service I have received and would like to recommend elevateOM to anyone thinking of starting their own online business. I found the service to be friendly and professional they have been extremely patient and supportive throughout the process, so happy I made the right choice.

Not impressed one bit by this company. There lack of knowledge of the basics of English grammar is astounding! Limited knowledge of anything to be honest, except for paying the bill! Steer clear would be my honest advice

SCAM SCAM SCAM - AVOID! Where do I start? Let me try: 1. Up until recently they were called Webcreation UK. If you type the webcreationuk dot com website into google you'll be redirected to ElevateOm. You can check out some real and genuine reviews for Webcreation UK on Trustpilot As you can see mostly negative, and not quite the fluffy 5 stars you see here for ElevateOM. If you look at the history on that page you will see that as Webcreation UK they also started with fluffy 5 star reviews. Then it degenerated into mostly one star reviews. (You'll see the same thing on webcreation uk google reviews when you view the most recent ones). A common tactic with scam companies knowingly providing a terrible service is to shut down the old company name with all those genuine bad reviews and then restart with a brand new shiny name. Then intially 'get' lots of nice 5 star reviews. At least until some very real one star reviews start flowing in again. And then guess what? Time to shut down that company with the terrible rep and start a nice new one without the bad rep and awful reviews. They can actually keep on doing this and keep ripping people off. That's your very real indicator that these guys are scam artists and to keep WELL AWAY. And I haven't even got to what they did with my 'website'.... 2. They don't have CLUE when it comes to web design. Well to be fair they knocked up a not bad desktop site. The problems started when developing and testing the website on mobile devices. There were so many many problems. And i mean real basic problems with highlighting items, menu items not working, background pics on mobile not showing correctly. The mobile website performance was awful. I can go on and on. I had to waste a very large amount of time on testing and documenting errors for them. On basic stuff that is standard on any website on a mobile device. We're talking a simple brochure website here. 3. It's been OVER A YEAR and they STILL can't make it work at a basic level! Yes thats right. They started in July 2021. And its still not finished or working. I repeat, its a simple brochure website. 4. My last contact with them was about 2 weeks ago. I sent them a video showing how poor the site was on an apple mobile device (the device most website visitors use!). It showed that the site did not work properly and that the performance was poor on non existent (clicking an item for it to never change and just stay there!). The video also showed that 'fixes' they told me 3 times were 'now working' were still not working. I've chased them up since then. Not only are they not responding. But like a serial killer trying to cover up the evidence, they've hidden the body (or in this case taken down the development site). Unfortunately for them I have videos and pictures going back the whole year, as well as all the emails detailing the problems. 5. Legal action - On Monday I will be messaging them one last time, mainly just to tell them that as well as making sure the world knows they are scam artists so no one else gets ripped off and a year wasted. but that I will be starting legal proceedings to get all my money back. They've had the first 2 payments. The third and final payment is only for when the website is finished. They're not getting that and unsurprisingly they havent asked for it! But I believe I have legal recourse to get all my payments back. So please be aware you will be dealing with a company with at least one pending court case against them for money back. I'll bet mine is not the only one! It's time these rip off merchants were stopped in their tracks and not allowed to take peoples money, and made to give people they scammed their money from back! Shut them down and stop them restarting over and over again taking more innocent peoples money and time!

I am a complete novice, they held my hand a supported me all the way through until I was finally happy with my design, logo and content. Jay and Kuldeep are amazing, very patient with me as I didn’t have a clue, Thank you! I am so glad I enlisted your services rather trying one of those websites to create my own pages by myself. Well worth the money..

Terrible experience I tried to discuss my concerns by contacting customer service of ElevateOM but each time was refused, and the receptionist would not put me through to customer services even after I told her that I had a complaint. After initial talks Web & Business Consultant I made the 50% payment of a few thousand-pound project, with the promise that the project would take between 10 to 12 weeks to complete. The project started in May 2020 After a slow 3 weeks spent on the first page design, I approved the design with another 25% payment and the coding started. Since the start of the coding there was slow progress with very little communication, up until 13.07.2020 when I had a design with which I was pleased, the design was less than halfway the whole project. Almost 4 weeks after (on 11.08.2020) as I did not have any further updates nor any kind of communication, with the project already being in its 10th week of development, I contacted ElevateOM to speak to the project manager, but was told that they could not get hold of her and left her a message for a call back. In the meantime, I emailed her, she responded 2 days later with the confirmation that she would chase up the matter with the developer. We then scheduled a telephone appointment for 18.08.2020. Once she called me on the day, to my astonishment, she had a defensive attitude with being rude during the conversation, she cut me off during the conversation all the time, when I wanted to raise my concerns, she tried to educate me and tell me off without the slightest provocation or reason, as if I was the one who had done something wrong. I objected to her attitude and asked her why she had such a defensive attitude, however she did not respond and changed the subject. She had no idea about the development stage of the project, she could not provide a reason as why the project was frozen for 4 weeks. A good project manager should have the characteristic of listening to the concerns of the client and try to resolve them in a suitable manner. Her knowledge of the project was as good as the next person on the street. During our conversation she only recalled the name of the project and nothing further, she constantly had to go through the email correspondence between me and the developer in order to find out what had been undertaken during the course of the development of the website. 3 days after the developer provided a new update, I was appalled to see that the new update had made adverse changes to the website and had changed the previous good achievement of 4 weeks before to an unacceptable new design without my approval or any kind of prior discussions, in fact this was a regress instead of a progress in the development. I told them the I had already approved the previous design and why they had changed the design, again without any response. With a lot of effort due to language barrier, I tried to explain the design of 4 weeks before in order to bring back the new web design to the state of 4 week earlier. After 12 weeks, the website was not only completed, but they were still trying to achieve the good design of 13.07.2020. I was totally dissatisfied with the attitude and performance of the project manager and wanted to speak to the customer service in order to appoint someone else as the project manager, but the receptionists did not want to put me through the customer services and even the current project manager did not connect me to the customer services. I even asked her to provide the email of the customer services manager in order to raise my concerns, but she replied that the head of customer service manager did not have an email. Following this episode ultimately on one occasion the head of customer services contacted me and acknowledged that the previous project manager was inappropriately appointed for my project and the project manager was changed however the works continued at the same slow pace as before. The project developers are based in India, whom I believe due to my experience, are a group of different people that deliver different codes at different stages which continuously change the codes and developments of the previous persons. This results in adverse development of the website with each time destruction of the previous good result. The same issues with the previous project manager continued over this period; like his lack of information over the progress of the project and his non existent accessibility. Each time I tried to get in touch with the project manager he is not available and the receptionist always says that she leaves a message for him for a call back but again no calls were received. Since the project manager was changed I had less than a handful of telephone contacts with him over appx 10 months. Even when we had appointed a date for a telephone meeting, he did not contact me without any prior notification and only up on my objection he sent an apology email with no further attempt for another call. Most of my calls and almost all my emails remain without any response. His information over the development of the project is also very poor On the development site there are multiple problems, I believe that there is not one person who does the coding and development but there are several people (all called the same name) who take over the development at different stages. Each time there is an update, another part of the website becomes faulty, the developers do not even make the trouble to check the functionality of the website following each update, which should be part of thier job, they only make an update on one browser and don't care about the rest of the browsers and search engines. This task carries over to the client, since the beginning, I had to do tests on different browsers and different OSs to identify faults, each time there are significant faults which are not identified by the developers which could easily be identified by testing the updates on other search engines and OSs. There have been significant delays in development of the project; each time a new update is delivered, it destroys the previous good achievement, hence the works have to be redone over and over again in a vicious circle. In any contract the client is entitled to receive the final functional complete product following rigorous tests and trials by the developers, but at Websreationuk this is not the case. To date, we are now in the 12th month of development of a project which should have been concluded the latest in August 2020. At present the project has become frozen with no response to my contacts, no one cares over the state of the project at Webcreatonuk. To add insult to injury the finances department has recently requested for the payment of the final installment of the fees without delivering a complete functional website. My experience shows that at ElevateOM no one is accountable and responsible, and no one cares about the customer , their motto of "100% satisfaction Guarantee" is not true. I have tried my best to resolve the matter with ElevateOM without having to leave a negative review, but my attempts to contact customer services have not been successful, in fact there is no customer services support to listen to the concerns of the customers and attempt to have a resolution for the customer. The project manager also does not care about the project and seems to have abandoned the project. My experience with ElevateOMyk has been a terrible, painful and stressful experience, If ElevateOM would not be willing to resolve the matter, I will have to escalate the matter to legal channels subject to further necessary legal actions.

Disappointed that the call was answered from outside of the UK. However the person who answered the call was helpful and also called back to assist in updating some photos in the gallery on our website. The time frame spent doing the update was quite long though and I cannot help but feel that because it was outside of the UK this was the main reason. Therefore no issue with the person helping me but the fact the call is not UK based. Issue for ElevateOM.

The fact that this particular agent being from outside of the UK shouldn't affect the rating you have given. The Technical Support Agent received you call, took your request and helped you upload some photos. I do appreciate that this took a little time, however we have been quite busy as we do have quite a few requests.

I bought a brand new website fairly expensive however cheap on hosting but the website is never live always technical faults. The team are very good with content however what good is the content if the website isn't functional. As much as they may be good people but having a dysfunctional website is not good at all for business not good.

Unfortunately WebCreationUK was targeted by a DDoS attack on the evening of the 11thJanuary.
