I would give them 0 starts Used ElevateOM.com started off very keen but the web developer really had no skills. They took a 50% deposit and this was after they kept adding on items to the price which they said were essential I stopped using them after they could not get past the first phase of project Wont give my 1.6k deposit back and they have simply say the deposit is not refundable- I did all the work they just did an initial mock up. I am a genuine customer -please keep alert as to what they are charging you for and i would not recommend Seeking legal action to get some of my Money back AA Khan

I asked ElevateOM for design a web site for my business . They were so helpful until I paid the deposit which was 50% of total amount . Once I paid it has been difficult to get hold of them. The so web designer copied the website of a USA dealership and put our name on it and asked us to approve it which I refused to do. I have asked them to refund my deposit but they refused saying that they are waiting for me to approve the copied web page . I am not sure what to do , May be I have to go to the law .

We have tried to contact Mr. Khateeb, but get no response from him. We have completed a design of which does need feedback. We will continue to try to make contact to reach an amicable resolution.

SUCH A TERRIBLE AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE All I can say is wow. My experience with ElevateOM has been completely unbelievable and I mean that in the worst possible way. I have paid ElevateOM exactly £4,566 to date for a fully functional website and app which they have yet to deliver even though the project started in August 2020. They also expect me to pay another £1,350 when this laughable experience finishes. Please avoid this company like the plague! You will only ever hear from them when it is time to collect payment for the deposit and the second payment to move on to the development stage (you will also hear from them when they make contact to offer you the add-ons such as the content writing service) . You will receive little to no communication from them after that point. This company will use their salesmen and women to offer you the world, yet they will deliver peanuts. ElevateOM cares only about the money, they do not care about customer satisfaction or building a healthy reputation. My project is probably one of the larger sums of money they have been able to get hold of and they are not letting go without a fight, even though they have not been able to show me any updates since the homepage, login and the bare minimum/skeleton of a site. There has also been no mention at all of the app I was quoted for. All of this and yet the company insists they have delivered what I asked for. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions and work. They answer to no one except their Del Boy of a senior manager, which is why they operate in this shoddy way. Once they start on your project, they will not let go of the funds you have paid. They will dance around the issue and bully you into continuing to work with them, even when the trust and communication has completely broken down. I am in complete disbelief as to how and why the company operates in this way - I am undoubtedly facing a long and hard battle to get my money back. Please save yourselves the sleepless nights and stress by finding another company or Web developer to build your site. I made a deal with the devil the day I decided to allow ElevateOM to work on my project. The senior manager is the worst, as he is so far removed from the projects and yet thinks he is an expert on them (he also handles the complaints, so you really have no way of escalating your case if you are not happy). I will update this review as this really has only just begun. I finally became fed up of waiting for updates and asked to cancel the project after 7 months. I think 7 months is long enough to be able to deliver some sort of tangible results. This has been a complete nightmare and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. ElevateOM is a complete shambles and they are extremely dishonest. Update: I have just noticed a review below from someone named 'Samuel' and his review is eerily similar to mine. It seems as though this company has a history of doing this. Samuel's review was written it February of this year, it still would have been too late for me at that point. SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN AWAY FROM ElevateOM ! Update 12th July..,, After running around in circles with this company for over a year, we are still no closer to finishing and I have just been told that the project manager I have worked with from the start has been pulled from my project (no reason given as to why). The company keeps asking for details I have already provided them with, and it seems like my project is on the scrap heap. I really regret working with this company. UPDATE 26/07/2021 I am now seeking legal advice on this matter and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. They should not be allowed to carry out such shoddy work and take people's hard earned money in this way. Daylight robbery! I would have been better off sourcing my own developer in India and cutting out the middlemen (ElevateOM) because that's all they are - really expensive middlemen. To make matters worse, ElevateOM recently asked me to provide content for the site, even though I purchased a content writing service from THEM months ago and had already sent them the final version. This is where we are a year after starting the project - a disgrace really. ElevateOM say they are almost complete, but the project started A YEAR AGO. Why are they still needing approval and confirmation after an entire year???????? What have they been doing for all this time? I emailed ElevateOM on Friday (30th July 2021) and again today (3rd August) and still no reply. Update 06/08/21 This matter will be going to court. Will be nice to finally have some clarity on the matter and understand why my project has taken over a year when other projects have been completed in that time. I refuse to accept a childsplay version of what I asked for!

Awful experience. The keyword searches were changed by them and I could not get anyone to call me to amend so I wasn't going to give over my admin site. I've cancelled the contract but have been waiting on a refund for what I already paid for several weeks and no one is responding.

Terrible experience I tried to discuss my concerns by contacting customer service of ElevateOM but each time was refused, and the receptionist would not put me through to customer services even after I told her that I had a complaint. After initial talks Web & Business Consultant I made the 50% payment of a few thousand-pound project, with the promise that the project would take between 10 to 12 weeks to complete. The project started in May 2020 After a slow 3 weeks spent on the first page design, I approved the design with another 25% payment and the coding started. Since the start of the coding there was slow progress with very little communication, up until 13.07.2020 when I had a design with which I was pleased, the design was less than halfway the whole project. Almost 4 weeks after (on 11.08.2020) as I did not have any further updates nor any kind of communication, with the project already being in its 10th week of development, I contacted ElevateOM to speak to the project manager, but was told that they could not get hold of her and left her a message for a call back. In the meantime, I emailed her, she responded 2 days later with the confirmation that she would chase up the matter with the developer. We then scheduled a telephone appointment for 18.08.2020. Once she called me on the day, to my astonishment, she had a defensive attitude with being rude during the conversation, she cut me off during the conversation all the time, when I wanted to raise my concerns, she tried to educate me and tell me off without the slightest provocation or reason, as if I was the one who had done something wrong. I objected to her attitude and asked her why she had such a defensive attitude, however she did not respond and changed the subject. She had no idea about the development stage of the project, she could not provide a reason as why the project was frozen for 4 weeks. A good project manager should have the characteristic of listening to the concerns of the client and try to resolve them in a suitable manner. Her knowledge of the project was as good as the next person on the street. During our conversation she only recalled the name of the project and nothing further, she constantly had to go through the email correspondence between me and the developer in order to find out what had been undertaken during the course of the development of the website. 3 days after the developer provided a new update, I was appalled to see that the new update had made adverse changes to the website and had changed the previous good achievement of 4 weeks before to an unacceptable new design without my approval or any kind of prior discussions, in fact this was a regress instead of a progress in the development. I told them the I had already approved the previous design and why they had changed the design, again without any response. With a lot of effort due to language barrier, I tried to explain the design of 4 weeks before in order to bring back the new web design to the state of 4 week earlier. After 12 weeks, the website was not only completed, but they were still trying to achieve the good design of 13.07.2020. I was totally dissatisfied with the attitude and performance of the project manager and wanted to speak to the customer service in order to appoint someone else as the project manager, but the receptionists did not want to put me through the customer services and even the current project manager did not connect me to the customer services. I even asked her to provide the email of the customer services manager in order to raise my concerns, but she replied that the head of customer service manager did not have an email. Following this episode ultimately on one occasion the head of customer services contacted me and acknowledged that the previous project manager was inappropriately appointed for my project and the project manager was changed however the works continued at the same slow pace as before. The project developers are based in India, whom I believe due to my experience, are a group of different people that deliver different codes at different stages which continuously change the codes and developments of the previous persons. This results in adverse development of the website with each time destruction of the previous good result. The same issues with the previous project manager continued over this period; like his lack of information over the progress of the project and his non existent accessibility. Each time I tried to get in touch with the project manager he is not available and the receptionist always says that she leaves a message for him for a call back but again no calls were received. Since the project manager was changed I had less than a handful of telephone contacts with him over appx 10 months. Even when we had appointed a date for a telephone meeting, he did not contact me without any prior notification and only up on my objection he sent an apology email with no further attempt for another call. Most of my calls and almost all my emails remain without any response. His information over the development of the project is also very poor On the development site there are multiple problems, I believe that there is not one person who does the coding and development but there are several people (all called the same name) who take over the development at different stages. Each time there is an update, another part of the website becomes faulty, the developers do not even make the trouble to check the functionality of the website following each update, which should be part of thier job, they only make an update on one browser and don't care about the rest of the browsers and search engines. This task carries over to the client, since the beginning, I had to do tests on different browsers and different OSs to identify faults, each time there are significant faults which are not identified by the developers which could easily be identified by testing the updates on other search engines and OSs. There have been significant delays in development of the project; each time a new update is delivered, it destroys the previous good achievement, hence the works have to be redone over and over again in a vicious circle. In any contract the client is entitled to receive the final functional complete product following rigorous tests and trials by the developers, but at Websreationuk this is not the case. To date, we are now in the 12th month of development of a project which should have been concluded the latest in August 2020. At present the project has become frozen with no response to my contacts, no one cares over the state of the project at Webcreatonuk. To add insult to injury the finances department has recently requested for the payment of the final installment of the fees without delivering a complete functional website. My experience shows that at ElevateOM no one is accountable and responsible, and no one cares about the customer , their motto of "100% satisfaction Guarantee" is not true. I have tried my best to resolve the matter with ElevateOM without having to leave a negative review, but my attempts to contact customer services have not been successful, in fact there is no customer services support to listen to the concerns of the customers and attempt to have a resolution for the customer. The project manager also does not care about the project and seems to have abandoned the project. My experience with ElevateOMyk has been a terrible, painful and stressful experience, If ElevateOM would not be willing to resolve the matter, I will have to escalate the matter to legal channels subject to further necessary legal actions.

Do not waste your time or money .. sales team make them sound amazing . Poor communication , not help to you , constant battle with them till the end .. just discoved all our key words are American so been wandering why our website wasn’t coming up . Absolute night mare waste caused us nothing but stress and I absolute hate my website but haven’t got the energy to communicate anymore !!!! DO NOT USE

I have to repeat my reviews. Terrible work and terrible services. They replied to my reviews last week, saying they do not have records of us being their customer. That is even worrying! That is why, no reports and no calls for the last four five months no results! But they took our payments regardless (by direct debit of course). If this industry is at all regulated, they have got to be reported.

We are very disappointed with this review. We have worked on a bespoke site for Sel and are almost complete. Sel requested a refund saying she has seen no work, however her development link has been sent to her numerous times. We have resent this again requesting feedback. She also has a dedicated Project Manager of whom has been in regular contact and helping to get the site complete. Sel has been refused a refund due to the agreed work being carried out.

I would even add no star on this company. Truly. Do NOT hire this company. How any businesses takes away others’ money without delivering their services. A lot of flaws in services and most importantly zero performance. I had repeatedly told them and have asked them to remedy the various mistakes, non-delivery of service and poor execution of services; not to mention, the unprofessional manners the people I had to deal with from ElevateOM.com Our business was treated like a widget; just simply another data and number! If you are from ElevateOM.com and are reading this, please may I remind you that one size doesn’t fit all and you ought to consider to at least follow up the various useless data analysis with calls! at least to explain any action forwards which you could suggest your client to take to improve or not to improve based on the data. It is no good only sending these useless graphs and factual analysis without the accompanying advice we pay you to do! My business was with you for longer than should (Oct until February, inclusive) and only found two backlinks; and my business isn’t at all ranked anywhere.

This company is an absolute joke. I contacted them to build me a canvas printing website. I had two people previously attempt to make this for me using networks like fiver and they both failed. I know that I this company are just a bunch of middlemen (they outsource all work abroad and couldn’t build a website between them) but I thought at least they will be able to connect the links and build me the website that I have requested. After telephone consultations of me going into great detail how I want it to function, and what website I would like it to be like. The salesman Darren, told me what software would achieve my goals priced it up for £3600. I agreed and paid half upfront. I was quoted 7 weeks in July and now we are in February and they haven’t done anything. Websites previews they have shown me looks like a 10 year old did it. The canvas printing functionality was for custom t shirts printing. And this was in December. I told them that this is nothing like I wanted. Now I have requested a refund as they haven’t done any work on it and they have refused. Not because they have done work like I have seen on other reviews. Because they have used software that I agreed to in the contract. Bearing in mind I have no idea what software would I need that’s why I came to them in the first place. Now because I have been mis sold a product they are now telling me because I have agreed as Darren told me this is what I need, I can not get a refund. Now Darren is saying that to achieve what i want there is a £7000 software but I only agreed to £3600 one. I have told them that this was never mentioned. There sales department clearly doesn’t know how to sell. If what I want will cost me £7000 plus why sell me something for half the price? I have mentioned that with all things, if it is going to cost more to get the job done, you should re estimate the work. Let the customers know it will cost more to achieve the goals. And then let the customer have a choice to proceed or decline and get a refund as the work one be satisfactory if they don’t proceed with the new estimate. I have asked for my design brief which I have filled out online, and no one will provide me with a copy of it as it will prove them wrong and incompetent. I advise anyone who decide to use this company to be very very specific. Don’t agree to software agree to functionality only. And if you want a basic website. Just go to places like fiver or freelancer. At least when they can’t complete it to your satisfaction they will refund your money. I will now be taking this company to court, as I wanted to be up and running by Christmas, they have failed to deliver and refusing to terminate the contract and refund me.

We quoted the client for all requirements requested and even got him to triple check the functionalities. The client now has a new request and this would need to be quoted for. Naturally we cannot refund a project of which is near completion regarding the original spec.

The other reviews can not possibly be real. This company have messed us around over a year. There workmanship is pathetic and the sort of thing a five year old could do. On top of that we have been canvassed over and over again ( from their phone number) by salesman trying to sell extras. They have taken our money and delivered nothing more that a few picture examples we sent them! Do not be taken in by the five star reviews.

We had archived this project a long time ago due to lack of contact from client. As a good will gesture we have just unarchived the project. The client also signed off his design as he was happy with it at that point. He has now decided to cancel the project.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST If you know what is best for you and your brand, you will do well to avoid using ElevateOM to develop your website. They will hand over haphazard work to you and communication is near impossible. They handed over a site to me that doesn’t function in that users payments are accepted but there’s no feedback to indicate a user has paid. Among other significant errors. There were so many things wrong with the basic functionalities of the website. Getting the developer to correct these errors would take days/weeks sometimes. If you use ElevateOM, you’re doing so at your own risk. Don’t say you haven’t been warned. They are a completely fraudulent organization and they use developers that have no experience and no idea what they are doing. Personally, I have decided to sue them and I’m talking with my lawyers on this. But I just want to warn people to stay away from them and avoid them in your own best interest. And as for ElevateOM, wherever you people think you are hiding, I will make sure you pay for the stress and financial loss you have caused me. Down to the very last amount.

I have had a bad experience with them so far.. they are so unreliable, they did a website for me and it took over 6 months now have not handed over the site to me,and I was told it will take 3 months to do it.. the website still doesn't function and the developer is unaccesible, they will continue to ask u to make payments and make u feel like the website is ready, once u make payments no one will call u on updates or see to it that the website is functioning.. a lot of back and forth and I assure u that u will be frustrated dealing with them as I am. I am now looking for all means to hold them accountable and escalating this.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. It has been over 4 months I still have not got a website and worse still they have wrecked my original site and are now trying to say it was broken prior, plus despite all of this they tried to get me to pay more money. They have offered me 3 months SEO that I neither wanted nor needed and hardly compensation for the damage they have caused and the fact there is not even a completed website to provide SEO for! This company has been detrimental to my business. The customer service is appalling. AVOID at all costs is my advice.

We have been working on this site for some time. There was a problem with the old sites database so we are populating the new site with data manually. Their old site is still completely ok and we have in no way damaged their old site. It is still functioning as per usual, it is just the data migration that skadate have said they cannot complete. We have offered 3 months seo as a good will gesture, unfortunately the client believes the deserve to not pay the remaining £700 though this is no fault of ours. We will continue to be as professional as ever and complete the manual migration.

I wouldn't use this company ever again, after my website was completed. The communication with the developer and and account manager is poor. No help and no emails from them. I rang a few times no call back. Avoid

We have been working with this client for 5 months. There were periods when he would go quiet and he also provided images of which were not usable. We kindly edited all of these for him free of charge. It's quite disappointing to see a review like this when no fault was with us.

I decided to go with ElevateOM, as it was UK based company, only to find that my project was being outsourced to India, (I have had bad experience with developers from outside UK). I was offered a complete website package with content writing from ElevateOM, paid in full £600 (which I regret) back in Dec 2019, with an agreement of a complete handover in 4 weeks. Not a single piece of coding was delivered, the communication from the chap in India and the so-called Project Manager leading my website creation was non-existent. At the initial stage I was requested to complete a “Creative Briefing” detailing the look and feel of my new website, honestly, the results were awful.. the lack of colour and creativeness, it was dull and an eyesore. The negative reviews are 100% accurate, I do suspect the “5-star” reviews found here are fabricated, as there appears to be pattern. Save yourself the head pain and stress, otherwise you’ll be in the position I’m in recalling a FULL refund.. to summarise, please avoid this company, if you still decide to go ahead, I would request you thoroughly check the Agreement they make you sign, this whole “Deposit” paid seems a scam, but that’s something I’m raising on a legal call. To summarise, guys, big hint, research research research this company inside out, review all the negative and then compare the positives, you’ll get the idea of what this companies about. This is my second time writing this review.

It is a shame to see this review. Mr Ahmed was assigned in January this year and paid for a simple brochure website. The 1st design was given to him within a week. He even said that he really liked the design and was ready to move on, just awaiting the logo. He then went out of contact until April. In April he came back and asked to speak with the Customer Service Manager. He then again said that he liked the design and was ready to move in to the coding stage. He then went quiet until July and asked for a refund as he didn't like his design. We would usually have re-quoted the client both times due to unauthorised absence of leave from the project (we can't keep sites or designs lingering on our servers as we have other sites to create), but agreed to carry on with the work free of charge. Our developers and designers come from all over the world, from South Africa, Serbia, Japan, India, literally almost everywhere! We take lots of pride in our work and even have Project Managers to oversee everything and to give ideas when needed. This ensures a high level of service and a speedy process, .... providing you don't disappear for two months at a time!
